The sofa in my room appeared to have animal fur all over it. And the desk, was sticky from a previous beverage. The bed was also extremely creaky, you make the slightest movement and it creaked

My service dog was not allowed in the breakfast area. This breaks federal ADA laws. The manager says they can make food and bring it to me. My service dog allows me to walk and function. So disappointed in this, especially from a Hampton

it just needs more space, they charge me an additional 50.00 for what I dont know. I arrived at 10 and had to wait because the staff didnt see an opening so he had to go and see if the room was vacant. He was very nice and professional.

Staff serving breakfast during the weekend was rude and not easy to talk to. Rooms were not clean during the four day stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations regarding COVID-19 safety precautions. After 12 hours of travel, I had forgotten to wear my mask while approaching the front desk. I was immediately offered a paper mask in a non-offensive way. The room was also clean
