Quality Inn Hinesville - Fort Stewart Area

I spilled coffee of the bed on accident and they came right in to change the bedding!! They were amazing!!

The website said the Hotel had a fitness center and a pool. There was no fitness center and the pool was completely drained . Why advertise that you have these amenities and then don?t?? I would?ve loved to get in the pool on my day off and it was closed

The front desk was great she went out of her way to change rooms for me so I didn't have to go up stairs being handicap and was next door to my son an his family so our visit was perfect

there isn't an entrance from the pool to the restrooms without walking all the way around to the front with a small child. Also allow people to take breakfast out to their roo.s for those still sleeping that didn't make breakfast.

No Roaches or Bedbugs BUT¿..

Black mold on the curtains, and growing under the furniture. Room was not cleaned at all when we arrived. The door had a huge gap in the corner.

It is close to fort stewart.

Where to start? 1. The staff was rude. 2. I walked into my first room and there was dead cockrouches all over the floor. So I went and asked for a different room only to walk in to the second room to find the same thing. 3. When I asked for refund(refused

The room they tried to give me was not very clean old musted, mole sent.

The place was a mess.

Price; bed was comfortable

Room smelled; my wife killed 4 roaches; stains in the tug

Food stains on the bed covers. Crumbs in the sheets. Cars pulling in and out in the parking lot and people arguing. Person we talked to and made the reservation said it was about 3 miles from I-95. It was 12-14 miles away. We slept in our clothes.

It was clean, big and very spacious.

I thought I requested 2 beds but was ok.

The price

There was no hot breakfast only to go bags.Should remove from listing.The coffee maker was broken but they did bring us one that did work.

It was close to the base

They advertise nonsmoking rooms. I tried 3 rooms and they all smelled of smoke and one smelled of marijuana. There was evidence of smoking in the rooms, ashtray,ash on surfaces. The staff just waved it off stating"it must have been the previous ppl".

The customer service was amazing. When I arrived, Ness was working and she was amazing. I had an issue with my card when I came due to never traveling my bank temporarily blocked my card. She worked with me and had a wonderful stay.

The staff was nice

The room smelled musty. It was NOT clean & had obviously not been sanitized! I had to go to the front desk & ask for cleaner to clean / sanitize it myself (she was able to find a spray bottle & put Pinesol in it). Breakfast bags were not ready.

The location, close to the base

I was very dissatisfied, I watched someone violently throw someone through the window three doors down from where I was. Very unsafe and should have been compensated or some incentive having to stay in a violent area as a Service member

Facilities condition are excellent! Location also.

Location was great for our event. The live was good. The beds were Comfortable.

The bathroom. The tub was very out dated and the tile was in bad shape. It took all the strength I had to pull the tub facet on. There was roaches crawlingcrawling out from behind the pictures.

This hotel was definitely up to par with any other hotel I have stayed in. The room was clean and the staff was great. We didn't get to check in until 2 am and the guy working helped us very quickly and efficiently to get us into a room. Thank you!!

The only thing I didn't like was the shower, it wasn't unclean just old and needed an upgrade. The water knob would hardly turn and you couldn't get it just warm enough. It was either to cold or way to hot.

Great staff. Nice and clean bedding. Very comfortable bed. Glad they held the cost down for St Patties week-end.

The breakfast. Water tasted terrible which caused not so good coffee and orange juice, which had to be made from the same tap water.
