Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Hinesville Fort Stewart

The hotel is located in close proximity to the Army base. Everything was great upon arrival until I was ready to go to bed. I pulled the blanket back to blood stained bedding. I immediately complained to the front desk. They changed my room to a suite. Th

The breakfast was horrible. Dried, caked, inedible options with limited pastry choices for free breakfast. Left a day early no compensation given.

The hotel has a moldy smell. I could not stay at the hotel because i am battling with cancer, the moldy odor is bad for me.

Not much. Just needed a place to lay my head. I like the temperature hotel shower.

The breakfast is not too great. The only thing that was tasty was the blueberry waffles and oatmeal. The stairwell smells like mold. Sink in the bathroom didn’t drain fast enough.

Great coffee.

The wi-fi was terrible. Some days breakfast wasn't good. Not much fruit or yogurt most days. It was very warm and we could not use the pool.

Cleanliness and location

I wasn't able to check in when I arrived....The room I received was not the room I reserved

Hotel tv ( cable was not working properly. CBS , ABC, and NBC were not available I was moved to another room but the tv reception was still limited. I had to go to Applebees to watch Monday night Football . This was unacceptable when paying $---

Problems with the room. Had to change rooms because of running toilet. The new room had refrigerator that kept making noises all night. Could not reach staff at night. Found front desk host sitting in her car.

Location for convenience

Paint is peeling in rooms and I asked for coffee from the staff but I got a strange look from the 3 employees standing there. They were more concerned about getting their own coffee before acknowledging I was there.

BEDBUGS

They were bedbugs in my bed I call back to let them know and they told me there wasn’t any bedbugs but it was me and my husband were eight up

The staff! They all went above and beyond in providing service for us! From getting us into a room earlier than anticipated, to wiping off wet patio furniture early in the morning so we could enjoy breakfast by the pond! Great Staff!!!!

Staff,cleanliness

I would like breakfast to be a little bit more diabetic friendly-particularly I'd rather fruit be freash rather than out of can/jar. This tends to add sugar calories. Also lower sugar dry cereals would be welcome.

Overall it was clean with welcoming staffs Room was bit smaller than other Failfields that I stayed before and breakfast I wish they had some fresh fruits

The room was great beds pillows tv most aspects of the room and an actually working wifi.

Absolutely no hot water for shower saturday

It was within distance of restaurants, supermarkets.
