The location, your not right downtown in crazy traffic during the holiday time.

The pictures show multiple things for breakfast which is not accurate. We had a top floor and you could hear every little noise.

Was clean,towels out at pool & hot tub. Breakfast was a good touch with coffee

Smoke alarm going off in room at 3am because of battery & bed was to soft

Well unfortunately the rooms was nasty with stains on the bed the phone is unplugged at the office and nobody shows up but the cleaners to the office until after 1 pm but has sign saying be back in 15 min. Breakfast was only juice and a pack of muffins.

Customer service was horrible hotel was horrible over all horrible place. Don’t think office people will help they unplugged the phone and come out of their room at 1 pm.

Location

When we opened the door to the non-smoking room, it reeked of cigarette smoke and marijuana. The complementary breakfast was a joke! The bathroom was totally nasty. I wouldn’t let my daughter stay there. By far, the worse hotel experience in my 52 years.

Something caused a skin irritation in the room. It felt like fiber glass. I think the towels and, or the sheets are stored in a room w a drop ceiling and some of the ceiling tiles were replaced and the fiber glass instillation above fell onto them.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

The hotel was extremely dirty and outdated. The rug in the room was torn up and the floors sag and dip in various areas of the room so you feel like you might step through the floor of the room. The bathroom mat was disgusting and dirty.

Rooms were not cleaned. They moved me to another room and it was still dirty, and now the bed was broken in the middle too. Roaches where the breakfast was served, saw one crawling in the tray of condiments/utinsels

When I booked the hotel it said there was a pool but when I checked it the pool was closed because they didn’t have it inspected very disappointing paying $--- and no pool

The first room I was given was filthy and I had to request a second room. No indoor access to second floor so my kids and I had to bring our bags upstairs in the rain.

Staff was nice, price was great!!

Hot tub wasn't working but overall good.

Not a whole lot

We had to switch rooms-dirty sheets-kitchen was never cleaned up-cereal all over the counter and floor-stale cereal for breakfast-hot tub not working

Nothing!

TNo one at the desk as needed, room phone was unplugged with NO dial tone when plugged in, drinks rolled out of the frig when the door was opened, the tub did not drain while showering, called TWICE in a 6 hour period to get clean towels. NO ICE at ALL

I honestly wish I could name one thing besides the location.

TV kept freezing up, I got two room keys but only one worked but the biggest problem was the office was closed so no breakfast as advertised. In fact I could not even check out so I ended up sliding the room keys into a window used for after hours I guess

The A/C worked really well.

It was overpriced for what it was. The pool was hot, the hot tub cold. The shower curtain was moldy. There were gnats around the sink. Cigarette burns in the bedspread and it had a musty smoke smell. Internet was non-existent, including no cable on TV.

Not happy with my stay, it wasn¿t worth the money I paid for three nights. Don¿t even could get my discount. I could stay in 4star hotel with the same price.Not recommend at all.

Completely satisfied with the stay.Exterior looks are old & rustic, but inside the rooms are awesome &simple.Remodeled rooms with new wall colors, blinds and furniture.Opted for non-smoking and its good. Old bathtubs, but very good Hot water makes happy.

Nothing, it was completely safe & secure place, well organized check-ins, no hassle. Hot Pools and lively lobby area.
