location is ok, walkable,

Breakfast has almost nothing, we had to take breakfast (45$ ) next door in a restaurant, rooms outdates and it was pricy for a motel ---$ noise coming from outside, outdated. making the total of almost ---$ for one night stay better look for others.

The location was the only decent thing about the hotel

No frame for the bed. Just a mattress and boxspring on the floor with a headboard. Sheets didn't fit the bed. Knocking sound in the walls all night. NO hot water

The room we stay has a smell when entered. Blood on the sheet, cleaning rug left in the restroom. No wash cloth. noise all night long from the ice machine.

No soap, no extra towels, no shampoo), no cleaning service (manager was doing everything ), one light fixture did not have a light bulb when I asked for one I was told they did not have one, ice machine was broke.

The friendliness of the staff. Awesome experience! My family booked this trip for us to have a couple's vacation (babymoon) before our baby is born in January. We will definitely choose this hotel again the next time we visit Helen!

Close to town, walking distance to the Festhalle.

Lacking so many things that we are accustomed to having ina motel/hotel stay such as facial tissue. We had to use toilet tissue because the staff said said they didn't have it. Rooms are EXTREMELY NOISY, Two nights stay cost over $---!! Absurd!!

Room had leaks. But they are working on it.

The staff were friendly. The pool was awesome! They had a small grill out side they let us use, so we grilled out instead of eating out! Our fridge was also not working, they fixed the issue very quickly!

Breakfast was only bagels and toast. Cereal and coffee. The pancake machine wasn?t working. Also it?s on top of a steep hill so if you wanna walk around Helen and not have to walk up a steep hill and not have to drive down and pay for parking.that sucked

The floors were sweating which made them slippery and stinky. This place was by far the worst motel I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was a joke, we got there at 0730 and there was nothing left and there wasn't anyone at the front desk.

One mattress was broken, the sheets were dirty, the pillow cases were dirty. The bathroom was gross. The pancake machine was broken. The breakfast was a joke. The morning guy was rude and didn¿t try to make it right.

TV did not work and the first time I tried to check in no one was in the office waited 30 minutes and left the lobby was full of people waiting ridiculous!

The hotel was located in a good spot for us. Isn't directly in town, but only a short walk or drive away.

There was dog hair all over the sheets and human hair in the sheets, shower, and floor. Sheets were also stained. Room didn't feel clean. Trash can by the stairwell was never changed and made the area smell bad.

staff awesome, pool clean, no bedbugs, allowed me to park before check in and walk the town, breakfast was good, loved the pancake machice, location was okay, fridge worked great, tv worked great

room floor was still wet when we went in after 4pm, you could tell it hadnt been sweept before mopping, they def. need to invest in a leaf blower for those ashes on side walk in front of rooms, trash cans outside the rooms were disgusting need wiping down
