They told me that there was a $100 "incidental charge" for new reservations. I didn't have $100 so was not allowed in the room. Thats something that should be posted before people spend their money so that they aren't just out of money like me

Absolutely nothing. Refused to stay after check in

Absolutely everything. Drugs were being consumed right outside the room. People banging on our door. Could not contact hotel

Bad service, keys do not work properly, terrible service. no one in front office works on sunday. if you have trouble with a key, you have to call someone to come activate keys. it is just the worst i have seen in 25 years i have travel.

There was absolutely nothing to like about this hotel. It was extremely dirty, the room head bugs in it, and it smelled terrible.

I would say it was the unfriendly staff and willingness to do anything about the situation. The fact that the hotel was extremely dirty and there were bugs in the hotel room. The room smelled horrible. It was an overall a terrible place and experience.

Grocery store and laundromat within walking distance from hotel. Close to work.

Front desk closes at 7 pm and can't get needed items. Haven't fixed minor things after several weeks and have been here for over a month. Heat doesn't work properly.

The bed and room were extremely dirty with roaches crawling around the room and dirty blankets. I immediately left and had to pay for another hotel.

It could have been super nice if it was more taken care of, and the people around didn¿t do what they did

There is roaches, zip ties holding the shower curtain, stains on the floor and anytime if step outside I¿d smell pot or if I was trying to pull out there was people panhandling and children playing around moving vehicles and there¿s a ton more

I liked the location of the hotel.its around plenty stores and restaurants (other hotels are aswell though)

Dirty. Got roaches. Gunk was all over the room (that stuff exterminators use) and was old. Office opens at 11am and close at 7pm.

Room was not cleaning no time. Room smell to cigarettes anda de book for non-smoking room. Small roaches in the kitchen. Comforter bed old and control tv broken. De decide leaving the facilities and go to another place.

I'm never will select this place again. This place need a lot of remodelations and upgrades to be in condicions. Fotos in website not match with the real place.

Arrived on 12th.. somehow there was three customers overbooked. 3:00 o¿clock check up ended up 5 o¿clock. Due to cleaned & get ready for room. Shower room nasty.. found couple roaches in room. Terrible services!

Check in time is at 3pm. My room wasn¿t ready until 5pm . I was ask to check out at their regular check out time 11am which they should have make up the two hours they owe me. Nothing was done about it . Their service list at the room is a fraud. Not tru

This is more of a homeless shelter that costs money than a hotel

It smells like death, prostitutes and drug dealers roaming around ....not somewhere for a family to stay
