Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Forsyth

This is an old hotel built in 60's. The rooms are huge! Well furnished. There are not many places like this left. The pool was not useable. But I liked this place. Alot of open space and rooms not rented, kind of strange. For the price. Very good

I cannot think of anything

Bathroom had roaches. Sheets and towels had stains on them. White stains on the comforter which I can only IMAGINE what that was. Floor was sticky and smelled like pet urine. TV remote didn't work. This was hands down the worst room I have ever stayed in.

The Lady that booked us in

Bedbugs... Most of the outlets didn't work so we had nowhere to charge my equipment... The mattress felt like I was sleeping in bedsprings All in all... This place SUCKS.. Except for the receptionist

The price is great. The people who work there were nice

The room was dirty. No where to hang up clothes. The noise from the highway.

LEAVING! We didn't stay in the motel, felt unsafe and disgusting conditions. we ended up booking a different hotel. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOTEL.

Filthy motel because it is not a hotel. It shouldn't even be a 1 star hotel. Room stank like smoke, twin beds and cigarette burns in bed sheets and furniture. Manager never around to process refund. Unsafe conditions.

Dilapidated, filthy, no amenities, disappointing, I slept with my clothes on...next time, I would rather sleep in mycar. This is the second time we have booked a room with you for a 3 Star and is clearly a one star. You need to find out how they cheat!

The exterior.

The whole experience was terrible. It would be sub par for a 1 star hotel room. -Flooring was peeling up -Big gaps under exterior door -Mold and big gaps on the bathroom caulking -THE SHEETS WERE DIRTY. Like, goopy stuff on them. *Shudder*

Location was great. Property is pretty. Fresh coffee at office but cups way small about 8 oz.

Other than new TV that the remote would not work for the room was very outdated and in need of remodel. Beds were poor quality. Tub was stained dirty and would not drain well at all. Small work table was junk. Don't near the shrubs ants all inside car.

Nice and comfy stop on the way to Florida from I 75

No refrigerator

Great location. Very classic look. Vintage style. For the money its the best you can get. When you need a place to stay for a night this is it! Loved it! Will stop there again.

The room was well laid out. The beds were extremely comfortable.

The cleaning person left the toilet paper wrapper on the commode seat.

They cancelled my room because it was 9 o clock and I told them it would be 9 to 10 they made me pay a higher price

Did not know about breakfast.The room. The dresser draws were falling out, half the light bulbs were bernt out. For what we paid it was a dump.

This is an 1940s Southern architectural style hotel. It is in the process of being renovated. The room was very clean and the fixtures were new. The pool was small but clean. I liked it because it was the least expensive available during Race Week.

It was hard to locate even with GPS help. You have to go past another hotel to find the entryway to New Forseyth.
