Clean, friendly, and a good breakfast

I really don?t like a sliding door on the bathroom. No hot tub.

The fridge did not work. The microwave did not work. The fold out bed was old and worn. We sank to the middle. We booked for 4 people and we only had towels for 2. The sofa didn't have sheets, blankets or pillows.

We arrived at midnight and the clerk at the desk told us that they did not have a room available for us even though we had a reservation.she said they just canceled our reservation without letting us know!

Clerk at the desk told us that the hotel down the street had 10 rooms available, we went there, they did not have any rooms available. We think she just lied to get us to leave.

Very close to interstate. Gym. Clean premises.

Beautiful hotel. Room was nice size. Staff was nice.

The cleanliness of the room. Found hair on the toilet and sink. Look like the carpet needed to be vacuumed.

Staff was complaining about how busy they were. No coffee cups at coffee in the morning g. Had to find a cleaning staff to hunt some down. No one at front desk to handle. No sanitizer in any of the stations. Just not well run at all.

The set-up , the bathroom , very spacious and spotless clean , the bad very comfortable everything was nice

Our first room we checked into; the toilet was not running. We had to wait 30 minutes for the front desk person to get us keys to clean the 2nd room. Once inside the second room; the tub had hair in it, the door was dirty (something dripping from the top.

The primary purpose of a hotel is to provide rest to weary travelers. The hotel failed to accomplish this by allowing exceptionally loud patrons to make noise until nearly 3am (at which point we finally had to call management). Terrible night of sleep.

It was clean, the shower was great, and the staff were helpful

The TV was awful. You could only change the channels by pointing directly at the microwave...which required getting out of bed to do it. TV went off twice and had to be rebooted by the staff. The room was noise as it was on the highway.

My husband and I are full-time RVers and stay in hotels all over the US. We feel this is by far the best hotel in which we have stayed. Very clean, excellent reception and friendly staff. Warm cookies in the afternoon and hot breakfast in the morning!

No. Ran out of space above...Housekeeping employees were very friendly and the color palette of the room was relaxing.
