The price they charge you for a dog that is well behaved . They didn?t even tell Me they just charged me $75z I will never go there again .

location was convenient

free breakfast was a misnomer--the hotel was undrgoing renovation to the breakfast room and threw out a few items to be taken back to your room to eat. Sometimes there was nothing at all. Hotel cleaning staff was rude and non-responsive to requests.

The rooms need refurbishing. The curtains were messed up and off the hooks. The fridge wouldn¿t cool. There were visible sticky handprints on the headboard. The room above us had a water problem. Water leaked from the ceiling onto the bathroom floor.

The location was ideal for me.

I don¿t think they took Covid-19 precautions seriously. It didn¿t look like the room was completely sanitized. Also the pillows were terrible.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The room was clean and served our needs.

The cabinet door where the refrigerator was located was broken and wouldn't close. The toilet handle was loose and needed to be pushed back into place in order to flush the toilet.

I've stayed at the hotel many times in the pass This visit there was no maid service unless you requested it, and when I did it took 2 days to have it available. Another disappointment is I was charged full price for the room stay for 5 nights.

It is difficult to get in and out of the hotel from the main road it is hidden from view and to go in the back way the roads are pot holed

Everyone was very friendly and spoke to us. The manager on duty one night personally made cupcakes for the soccer moms that were staying for the weekend! The pool was great, breakfast was well done, the rooms were well kept and all staff was friendly!

The room was very comfortable and the amenities were nice. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast- it started at 6 and included offerings for virtually every taste. They also offered a to-go bag for those who couldn't eat in.

Beds were comfortable. Coffee was great. My husband liked the Robust. Nice change. Breakfast was good.

A little small for the cost. Should have gotten a better price being Hhonors members. Also have a son who is emploee @ the DeSito Hilton Hotel. Had been out of bacon the whole time for breakfast. And the pool wasvery cold. Would be nicer if heated.
