Staff is super friendly.
Very clean comfortable room
Very nice room at a very reasonable price

Cons -

Our experience was great but room had a smell
Being able to smell smoke from another room. Walls very thin so can hear conversations outside
The hotel was not nice enough to charge $100+ for the stay. This is a super run down budget hotel that they have attempted to renovate to charge more. Smell in the room is air freshener trying to cover up cigarettes and musty smell.
