Location and friendliness of the staff

One minor oversight. There was urine on the back of the toilet seat.

When I booked it was told there was ev charging on sight, hotel was misrepresented to me. Stayed for two days and room not cleaned, I expected to at least get fresh towels and have trash picked up.

Okay breakfast.

Building was in construction. Not clean place to stay

Close highway access and plenty of restaurant options.

The elevator certification was expired by over a year which is concerning.

It was in need of renovating. I was surprised that Hampton would operate a hotel that looked as bad as this one. Certain areas did not look clean and did not smell clean. There was an odor in the elevator and the room did not smell good.

Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean.

Breakfast isn¿t that great. This hotel needs a facelift and the walls are paper thin.

parking had to find a spot 50 miles away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But that is because of the size of the land site

When we arrived there was alot of trash on the floor in the dining area. The shower would back up when the shower was running The toilet got clogged and instead of them unclogging the toilet they handed me a plunger.

I asked for microwave, fridge and two queen size beds and they accommodated me.

No water in the vending machines

Close to the places I wanted to go. I asked for two queen size beds, fridge and microwave and received everything. Bathroom was clean with quite a few towels and washcloth.

On this visit there were several issues the appearance of the room was less than satisfactory with stains on the wall out side bathroom, the air conditioning controls were not working on the wall and the ice machine on several floors were not working.

The only thing that was positive for the hotel was the location.

The rooms were very outdated. The carpets needed to be replaced and in the bathroom you could not even move because they had replaced the vanity w/ a new one. Holiday Inn will get my business next time!
