Rude older man at the front desk. Filthy bathtub; a deep structural dent in the floor. It felt like a literal hole hidden under a cheap white liner instead of being fixed. Avoid.

Most horrible stay ever I had no tissue or soap in room the air did not work my sheets were dirty there were not enough towels the shower was broken and room smell like smoke work 80 I’ve ever spent and breakfast was disgusting

This hotel pool was closed main reason booked. Carpet in room was sticky and nasty had to keep shoes on . Bathroom shower floor was about to cave in . Floor under shower mat was rotten out

We were traveling and made a last minute reservation ,because it was getting late . The staff was very pleasant, and the rooms were very clean, the beds were clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was close by.

I was not able to use Choice Privilege Rewards account as a qualifying purchase for points. This was the second time this has happened at a Quality Inn.

Stinky room, despite being non-smoking. Breakfast was extremely poor: fruit, no proteins. Just cheap carbs. They should not be allowed to claim thy provide breakfast. Hotel way too overrated.

Room was clean. Everything was in good shape, not too worn, and in working order.

The hotel is still an older model hotel and it did not look as well as the pics it was very clean and safe. The housekeeper for my room was very impressive. And the coffee was always hot and good.

It was acceptable and clean, with a little work could be a much nicer place.

Was charged $40 deposit, had to ask for a receipt. Upon C/O employee had no idea i was owed a refund. In an envelope he pulled out I had to sign a sheet to get my money back. Not EVERYONE is charged one nor charged the same amount per the sheet signed.

The carpet in our room was so nasty that you had to wear shoes at all times. If you dared to walk in socks or bare feet they are black within minutes. Absolutely disgusting.

The front office staff. Especially the person who did the check-in. They should seriously change him. I do not know his name. The other staff by the name of Neil Patel was excellent. He made up for all the short falls for that other guy.

It has been years since I had a hotel room that smelled like smoke. I thought it was a given that rooms should be non-smoking. I was trying to take a quick trip and I brought my small child with me. I was almost afraid to stay. I am very disappointed.

The AC did work great. Bed was comfortable ashame the room was poorly maintained

Yes hotel is rundown and I feel I was overly charged.

The room smelled awful. The refrigerator was rusty. And the floors were grimey.

Shower is small. It is like taking a shower in a pop-up camper. Smell of pot. Shady characters in the parking lot. Room was reasonably clean. Breakfast was laughable. Muffins and waffles. That was about it.
