Quality Inn Dalton East

Morning lady was polite. Late night check I took 40 min, so som retraining meds to happen w/ late night staff. Breakfast stops @ 9:30. Coffee included.. wick should be available through morning check out times.

Floors in room were filthy my white socks were brown from 2 trips to bathroom.. fridge diid not work, Was quoted 20 for pet fee but then late. Ought guy charged mt25.

Comfortable, Microwave and fridge, free breakfast ,great value

Clean comfy bed. Shower good. Bathtub floor broken but did not stop me from having a shower.

I did not like anything about this hotel. It was absolutely disgusting. Rundown. Ice ran out every day. Sink would not drain. Coffee in lobby was lukewarm. Roaches in room. Overflowing Garbage everywhere AND to top it off they double charged me

I did not like anything. I would NEVER stay there again. In fact you couldn't pay me to stay there. What a gross place

It was horrible! It was filthy. Urine on the toilet rim. Hair in the bath tub. Dirty walls and doors. Carpet was gross. I was switched twice because of loud leaking pipes. Super loud from trucks. Trash everywhere.

did not have Ada accommodations. Asked for a shower chair and the clerk didn't know what it was. I asked the clerk if the room had a walk in shower? She stated yes. The room didn't have a walk in shower. I stated for a non smoking room and received a smok

Very rundown. Not what I expected from a Wyndham. Extremely rude and disrespectful staff when we checked them.

Bathroom was filthy - no one would shower. Huge gaps in the door to the outside (stacked chairs against the door before sleeping). Slept in our clothes.

Lobby area looked nice and had plenty of room for their free breakfast.

The room they initially gave me smelled of bleach so strong that I could not stay there. There also was no baseboard in that room which made it look undesirable.

Didn't feel safe. Room was dirty. Needs to be updated. Won't stay there again or recommend it.

Staff was friendly

Cockroaches in room. Garbage in the trash can when we checked in, was the room cleaned? Crappy and few towels.

The location was good. Honestly the leaving part was the best as this hotel room was the absolute worst I have stayed in.

This hotel room had camouflaged duct tape around the room door to the outside It had burn holes in curtains and furniture and hair in and round shower, towels were dirty like a woman wiped her mascara off. No facial tissue a half roll of TP

Filthy had fleas the floors had not been swept nor mopped in a very long time the bed drapes smelled like urine if it had not been an emergency I wouldn't have wasted my money.

The 2 staff members I talked with were very friendly. The hotel may have been a 2.5 star out of 10 but certainly not out of 5. The phone didn't work, the hair dryer didn't work and there were big muddy potholes right in front of the room.

Room needed better cleaning (especially bathroom) and towels provided were paper thin and very rough.

Chintzy on pillows and towels. Bathroom¿especially base¿dirty. Mold is always a problem in the south, but Clorox spray works wonders. Beds OK. Grounds generally unkept and dirty. Libby and breakfast room nice.

The room was in dire need of extreme maintenance and cleaning.Urine on floor and toilet seat upon entering room.The valance was disgusting.The decorative bed blanket was very dirty.Holes in door,no weatherstripping on main door,lock was very loose.Noisy.

Lobby was clean

Room smelled, HVAC didn't work properly, carpet was sticky, TV didn't work, light bulbs flickering, significant gap on the outside door, upholstery on chairs were badly stained. Did not even stay for more than 10 minutes in the room, asked for a refund.

needs many updates, bed very uncomfortable, room was muggy, sheets felt damp, noisy even though room was at back of building.
