Quality Inn Dalton Central

Location

Toilet barely flushed. Breakfast was poor. Plug for hairdryer did not work; hairdryer was affixed to the wall and could not be moved. Front desk staff did not care.

Good Location. Rooms were comfortable. Staff was helpful. A nice stay for the evening while traveling through the area.

Breakfast area was a little busy / space was small. Booked two King beds for two Rooms, however; was given one King Room and one room with two Queens (upstairs). Parking is a little challenging as they were sold out and share parking w/ other business.

Absolutely nothing, the room was not prepared. No towels no wash cloths not even a shower curtain.

There was nothing good about our stay whatsoever

The young ladies at the desk were very nice.

I would never stay here again. I expected a lot better. The breakfast was ridiculous and the bathroom was old. The bottom of the door was rotted and the tile old. And for $--- $---, I would expect a hot breakfast, a pool and an updated bathroom.

Staff, cleanliness. Bed was very comfortable.

Did not stay here. I thought I was booking Country Inn and Suites.I do not like hotels with outside rooms. I feel unsafe in them. So I just lost the 107. because I had a room booked at country Inn 4 my gson and we could not stay in two hotels.

The bed was made but there was hair and dirty spots. We immediately asked for new sheets. There was hair in the bathroom as well as a filthy floor. Trying to get a hold of anyone is impossible. No one answered their phones when calling to confirm room.

The employee that checked me in and the employee that checked me out were both super friendly and took only a few minutes to get me taken care of. The location is right off the highway which was also nice.

8 stars overall, because they get 10/10 for their staff and 10/10 for location. The low stars come from the condition of the room, it was old and probably couldn't be cleaned if someone tried. Furniture was used and abused. Not okay for the price at all.

Not much. Very average.

Sink faucet leaked all over bathroom counter. Room didn't seem very clean. Breakfast was all frozen items to microwave.

They allowed too much partying and drunks to roam the hallways. Plus they tried to put me in a smoking room

When I opened the door a terrible musty smell was over powering. There were little black nats in the bathroom. The picture on the t.v wouldn't come on. After 30min the attendant had a picture that was almost unwatchable. The mattress was warped. Not a 2.5

There were beer bottles in our trash, a filthy towel on the sink, the shower did not work, and the room reeked of cigarettes.

Staff was friendly and helpful

The room was quite ‘rough’, and they did not have the breakfast that was advertised.

The location right off the highway was convenient.

I did not like anything about the room. I stayed in several hotels this week during COVID19 restrictions as we traveled across the country. This was the only hotel that did not have any COVID19 practices. The room had a horrible musty odor.

They attempted to give me 2 different rooms, but both rooms had a pungent order, and I refused to stay.

The wait to check in was ridiculous. Ended up in a smoking room. Loud.

Clean good staff nice breakfast well stocked

Poor access no elevator hard to park near room and stairs had to drag luggage halfway around bld.up two flights of stairs back down to room lot of work after long day on road

The staff was nice and the location was great.

I was expecting a 2.5 star hotel but would rate it a 1.5 star motel. People were outside their rooms smoking, drinking and loud music partying until 2 am. Room smelled like smoke, phone didn't work nor the portable crib. I will never stay here again.
