Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Conyers

The front office staff was horrible. We had an issue with our room and she was not helpful at all. She would smack her lips and roll her eyes everytime we asked anything. We left without staying it was so bad.

mold in the bathroom! peeling paint near the air conditioner & mold! toilet was cracked! chairs had stains of unknown origin! I put a client in this hotel & when he described the condition I was mortified & beyond embarrassed!

furniture was missing handles. door frames needed painting Breakfast was not as advertised

Terrible hotel. When I first got there they told me they were booked Up My suit was just a handicapped room. I had to ask for the Ice bucket and hair dryer. It¿s nothing like the pictures on line. Do t waste your time and money here.

Front staff didn¿t seem to know what they were doing all the amendments were closed. No breakfast. Old coffee I had the hot water all the way up in shower was barely hot Just bad

Close to my event

Not impressed at all. No trash cans, no remote for the TV. No curtains on the windows, only blinds that did not keep out the lights of the parking lot. It was like trying to sleep in the daytime. Bad coffee. Minimal breakfast options. AC/heating unit poor

It was directly across the street from my event.

Everything seemed nice for the most part I just noticed a few things room inspection should have gotten taken care of by maintenance before letting a guest check in like the bathtub drain stopper not being attached, and coffee maker not working.

Good water pressure in the shower.

They charge an additional $150 service fee when you check in, there is nothing that warns you about that. Yes, it¿s refundable when you checkout, but if you¿re not prepared for it then you¿re SOL. There was no breakfast. They had coffee and apples.

First we were told they would have breakfast. No breakfast. We thought they were near restaurants, they are 8 miles away in a residential area. No wastebasket in room and no place to put suitcases except on floor. Only one small chair. Being

remodeled and you can smell paint.

I did not receive the pool of breakfast amenity that I expected when I Chose this hotel. There was no one answering the phone and stuff was not available for any assistance. The worst place I¿ve stayed in so far.

the room we had reserved had not been serviced. We made do with a non-handicap room

Poor condition of hotel in general many items broken or missing in room, cockroaches in bathroom and bedroom, breakfast was a joke small muffins and water not even coffee, wanted a Manager never available I¿ve left multiple messages that never returned.

Room smelled awful, nothing seemed clean or inviting Someones shoes and beer cans were outside the sliding glass door to outside No coffee in room No breakfast as advertised Overpriced; under "renovation" - should not have been accepting guests at all

The carpet was new.

The hotel was under renovation, there was no breakfast or pool availability. The staff was not customer friendly and the person I dealt with placed us in a room next to a room that was not accessible. I booked a suite and was placed in a two bed room.

The hotel is horrible. It is under reconstruction and there were no amenities. No workout room, business center, no lounge/bar. The place needs to be shut down.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the front desk person Danni.

Nothing to like disgusted by service

The staff especially the lady ms macmillion checking me and my sick son in was aggravated making horrible remarks and another lady who was hanging out there with her threatening and yelling insults I feared for our safety and had to leave w no room

No refrigerator after I was asked if I needed one I said yes and stilll no refrigerator. wouldn¿t put give me room with one.

The location was far from the interstate but peaceful. And the front desk lady was super nice

They did not put in the booking that they were doing renovations, that the pool was closed, or no breakfast was being served. It was dirty and needs a make over for sure. The size of the room was good but the smell of BO and cigarette smoke was strong
