The breakfast is the bomb

No lotion no conditioner no shampoo all empty in my room

Continental breakfast had lots of options.

The lady that checked us in was extremely rude. She raised her voice and talked to us like we were morons. (We're not.)

Stayed six days over Thanksgiving at Hampton by Hilton in Conyers, GA?phenomenal service! Special thanks to, ?kitchen staff extraordinaire.? The entire team was professional, welcoming, and made our stay memorable. Highly recommend!

The hotel looks great. The lobby is modern and clean. The receptionist was outstanding, and the room was great. I absolutely enjoyed my stay.

It was quiet

My car was broken into overnight (one of 15 vehicles that night). I parked under a light that held a security camera. Staff never attempted to notify me; I learned it when I went to the car to leave.

The Staff was professional and friendly. They let me check in early at 1pm. I appreciated this after a long flight. The fitness center was awesome as well as the breakfast bar had fresh food. Looking forward yo my next stay and highly recommend the Hotel

Were awaken at 3:30 AM by loud talking outside of front entrance and no staff to intervene unless it was the staff shift change.

First thing after 2 minutes in the room - smoke alarm chirped every 34 seconds. The ¿maintenance¿ guy said we could listen all night or he would take it out of the room available. A cockroach in our bed woke my husband when it crawled on his leg.

When room service bang on your door when it os your time to check out. And u have three mote hours before u prepare to leave. Is there some kind of system in place so this want happen

Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating.

Thin walls. Could hear noise/conversation from next door occupants room. Possibly bad room location.

Carpeting especially in hallways need replacement

The location was very close to where we needed to be. It was very close to a Walmart and other stores. Staff was very nice. Check in was rasy and fast. The breakfast was very good and had nice variety.

Cleanest hotel, friendliest staff, hot great breakfast! Great in room TV selection. Absolutely will return to this Hampton Inn. It's in a wonderful shopping area. Did I say the staff was friendly and efficient? They were great!

If I could suggest any improvements it would be to WIFI connection my phone and laptop could handle faster service. I had to continue to log off and on to get it to work consistently. You also could offer my Premium channels besides HBO.

The staff was excellent! They were all nice and kept asking if there was anything we needed.

The bathtub was full of other people’s hair! And mirror wasn’t very clean in bathroom.

Yes. The mattress was not comfortable in the first room we had, so i switch rooms and the second room was better.
