The tv had good picture.

The WIFI kept going out. I wasn’t able to stream any shows to the television via streaming apps. The soda machines were cash only.

Very dirty with bugs and smelled of pot.

Billed for room after I cancelled in person due to rudeness...

The location.

Yes, the cleaning staff was very rude. I had rebooked the room and they went in after I told them not to. Messing with things in my room.

Pungent smell of Marijuana and cigarette smoke,mattresses had cigarette burns& were on futon frames,towels smelled of smoke,room floor sticky,continental breakfast was a joke,tv wouldn't turn on with remote available.

Location

No towels were available upon request. Room was connected with an interior door to next room. We could hear every conversation and occupant had his TV loud throughout the night.

Cleanliness, good and well-lit parking lot.

Breakfast can be better

Absolutely nothing!

Everything! This hotel is not family friendly. There were people out all hours of the night, the sheets were dirty, the refrigerator wouldn?t get cold or freeze, there was water on the floor which we then found out the air conditioner leaked. Horrible!

Bathroom door won?t close, mildew above shower, coffee pot stopped working, room had a very stale smell to it.

No remote for tv, telephone did not work, toilet paper holder falling out of wall, and when awaken by strong scent of something burning, staff was not concerned.

The worst hotel stay ever dirty sheets , dirty room , no hot water , broken shower ,terrible so called breakfast , when I complained the rude manager callled the cops on and lied and said I didn¿t wanna leave , when all I was waiting for was the hot water

The location was convenient and easy to locate.

There were men hanging out in their cars/trucks and with their trunks. I immediately felt unsafe and that my cars would not be safe overnight. I went in to ask if I could see the room and the hotel attendant was rude. I left and did not stay at the hotel.

The breakfast was terrible no protein it was raining the staff will not let two ladies to take food to their kids upstairs I pleaded to the manager to let the ladies take the food to their kids but he refused the staffs and manager were not friendly

The location was awesome. The room was very clean.

The walls are paper thin. I heard everything the people nextdoor said and DID!!! Also they came to the room an hour before check out to ask when we are leaving! It is also a joining room. There was a space between the door and frame.

Closeness to restaurants and shopping

Room smelled like smoke, outlets missing covers, towels were dingy and didn't want to give me extras so I bought some from walmart

Absolutely nothing. I was so concerned about my safety, I forfeited the money I paid for the room. Total disappointment and I feel like i was scammed. This experience was not a deal; at all.

I¿m from New Orleans and I¿ve seen the projects. This was the projects (where the hotel was located).

the desk clerk was excellent. We checked in later than expected and I called to let them know. Hotel employee was so understanding and assured me that we would still have our rooms. This gave me peace and allowed me to continue to enjoy my family gathering.

outlet covers were broken or missing. Was concerned that nothing would crawl into the room through the outlet. they didn¿t have elevators. Had elderly guess that climbed stairs, which was difficult. One guess fell. Office had no incident report forms.

The beds were hard & VERY uncomfortable. The bathroom floor was very dirty & it looked like it had not been mopped.

room was not clean, lack of wash clothes and towels, horrible experience

The staff was wonderful. Was very nice especially the maids. They deserve more credit

The one guy that works the front desk in the morning was kind of rude
