The bed and location

Very messy, only a few things like a fruit and danish on the breakfast bar, trash in the halls, renovating but that wasnt the issue.

Location

Bed was very uncomfortable. Difficulties with shower. Our bed was queen and was supposed to be king. Did not meet Wyndham standards.

The location was great. Right off the interstate and easy access.

The room smelled like mold. The floor/ carpet was wet sticky.

Value was good. The need for remodel is apparent upon entrance. Everything else is there.

Breakfast was lacking. Microwave was scary dysfunctional. Ice machine not functional. Elevator was rewired with temp panel. Probably lacking new floor coverings throughout, appliances, and other amenities.

The room was filthy nasty no one did the room the next day Bait and switch with the room

Staff was truthful about what was going on with the hotel

I did not like the hotel whatsoever you guys had on the website is false advertising,no breakfast the room had a horrible odor. I could not stay there I had to leave which was very inconvenient for me. I was very disappointed.

Everything I disliked about that hotel.

The lady that worked the front desk was very polite and accommodating and the bed was comfortable.

Inside the hotel was dirty...my room had no fridge or microwave...not even an ice bucket. ..I had to request that... the only thing I found satisfactory was the bed was clean and comfortable and that I didn't see any bugs crawling.

Microwave missing from room, no ice bucket and front desk couldn¿t find one, burn holes in comforter, room not clean, smoke smell, only thing for breakfast was coffee and granola bars, juice machine was broken.

Nothing. It¿s a dump. Dirty, things in room broken or missing.

Hated everything about it and didn¿t stay a second night

No phone in the room. Carpet threadbare. Did not provide the breakfast advertised. No vending machines.

Close to the highway

This hotel is pure filthy!! You should stop posting the pictures you have online these rooms do NOT look like this. The rooms are old .. carpet nasty.. there was no tissue in the room the curtain rod was broken!!

The location is very good

I use this hotelwhenever I come to visit after this stay I will not I booked for 2 weeks when I arrived no room for me, tv never did get fixed properly, too noisy I will no longer be using this hotel. The new management is not professional at all.

Nothing was good. No breakfast like was stated.

I tried to reach out to price support for some refund the room wasn't what I paid for, they said the hotel management cut of the TV cable from the room, couldn't watch anything, blank tv. Please will be better if I had some of my money back. And confir

The one and only thing I liked about the hotel was the staff! This was the worst experience of my life.

I like absolutely nothing about this place. It was dirty, my television didn¿t work. No phone in my room. My light in my bathroom didn¿t work. It was horrible. I¿m glad I had a blanket in the car. Floors were filthy. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nothing was pleased about this hotel. It's disgusting. Rooms are filthy. Staff is incredibly rude. It should not be advertised on your website.

Everything about this hotel is awful. The rooms smelled like urine, there was trash on the floor, under the bed, in the ac unit and every where else. The TV did not work and the staff was awful. Incredibly rude, and extremely unprofessional

They still had a room available at 9 pm, but I had also prepaid.

It was a disaster. No free breakfast, no vending machines, the pool was black & covered in a tarp. The lobby reeked of pot the next morning (would not have stayed had I smelled it at check-in). The room had a peanut in the air vent, not seen til the am.

This was the hotel from He'll, the room smelled so bad. The adjacent room had a baby that cried most of the night. The bathroom was so bad, it looked like it had mold all around the baseboard. I coukd get another hotel because of short notice. Otherwise
