Park Inn by Radisson

The hotel was in the worst condition. Dusty, filthy smell, no clean towels. Blow dryer was not working. Beg bugs and roaches. The staff were unprofessional and with a negative hostile attitude.

Hotel employee was AMAZING! She went out of her way to make us Comfortable.

There were bugs in the bathroom and vanity... the TV and lights were not plugged tv, coffee pot didn't work.

There was a leak in the bathroom, a hook in the bathroom fell off the, the toilet ran and ran, the HVAC unit stopped working.

I reserved a king size bed. I needed it to have been on the first floor since I have recently had hip surgery. There was no king size bed available on the first floor. I plan on spending the night at your motel tonight, I want a bed on the first floor.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days and my room was never cleaned nor the trash picked up. I had to go to the front desk every morning or when I returned back to my room.

Poor customer service. No trashed was picked up for all the days we were there. No housekeeping for all the days we.were.there even though I requested for it for all the days we were there. Also, front staff missing during check out. Gone for a smoke.

The beds were broken in two rooms, the carpet was wet and dirty. The walls were dirty.

Was dirty, I stayed for five nights and not once during my stay was the room ever serviced. Then they kept my deposit because they said the room was dirty.

yes, On checking in, the receptionist was rude, The carpet in the room was dirty with several areas ripped, the bathroom sink was blocked, maintenance was called, no microwave was in the room as requested on making the reservation,

The room was absolutely filthy. Blood was present on the mattress pad, and the room was musty and dusty.

The person that checked me in was wonderful, very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The bathroom was very run down, there was a large bug on the bathroom floor, the room smelled of cigarettes and we saw a few roaches during our stay.

Gave us a handicapped room and a small bed for 2 people. We went to get towels from the front and the lady gave me a room key to take some out of another room and the room we went it was way cleaner and had a way bigger bed. Also had bugs on the lampshade

Room smelled musty. AC did not work just fan. Old water damage at base of wall near bathroom. Blood stain on back of bathroom door.

The tel. didn't work. The shower didn't work, and the A/C unit was liking water inside on the carpets. they decided to give me another room, due to all this problems.
