Bed too soft, adjoining restaurant nearlyadequate, food sometimes cold.

We appreciated the hotel decor, cleanliness & helpful staff. The location was perfect next to the convention center, delicious food and the beautiful riverfront.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, but we were a little surprised by the train and the consistently loud people in the hallway.

Southern hospitality epitomized! Perfect location, excellent customer service and fantastic amenities.

The walls were thin, however, our stay was uneventful.

Rooms had character and were close to great restaurants, bars and theatre

Room was facing train tracks. Train came through a few times a day with blasting horns. Extremely annoying at 5am

Tv and tv service in room was horrible

It has a historical charm and a safe feel to the property.

We did not have comforters on our beds, only 2 layers of sheets. They brought us a blanket per request the first night. That morning we stopped at the front desk and asked to have comforters put on and were told it would be done while we were out. We returned that evening and it had not. When we asked again we were just handed another blanket. There was no hot water either day in the morning. The first cold and they stated they fixed it when told. The second day barely warm at 0730. The only ice machine that works is in the 5th floor. The others may or may not have an out of order sign on them.

what i didnt like is the breakfast. none of the food was hot everything was cold. not even warm. very disappointing!!!

parking was a little bit of a problem in the front, but plenty in the back

The shower was nice

There was no blanket, comforter, nothing on the bed but two thin sheets. They charged me $20 for a single yogurt.

Very good breakfast. Location great. Walk to restaurants and coffee shops. So close to the riverwalk. All the staff at Marriott were excellent.

Loved everything!

The room was nice and clean.

The air conditioning system was out throughout the entire building but only worked in the rooms. None of the ice machines worked on either floors you had to walk to the lobby and go to the restaurant attached and get ice.
