I love the location. I stay at this location every year for the Fountain City Classic.
I didn’t care for the front desk receptionist named Brianna. She was rude and her customer service was awful.

The location was perfect and quiet! And the lady at the desk was so nice and friendly! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would book a room here again in the future!
The air could have gotten a little cooler in the room.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was close to the base. This was my second stay and I enjoyed it as much as my first. If I am staying in the area I would choose this hotel again.
There wasn't anything negative, but if I had to pick i would keep the room service menus out in the open and not in a drawer.

Location great. Breakfast good. The staff was over the top! Very warm and friendly yet professional!
The room was NOT very clean! Spots on floor on backside near mirror. Tub had mold around the caulked joint areas. You could smell the mold upon entry of room. The bathroom mirror had spots of toothpaste. The tub AND plastic shower curtain had water spots indicating they had NOT been cleaned. NO vent blower in bathroom. Lower part of commode was filthy. Top of stove was dirty. The microwave was FILTHY AND disgusting. First floor was beautiful upon entry, but from elevator up to my room; NO A/C!!!! Along with that, the carpet in corridors had horrible spots THROUGHOUT! Housekeeping department need to be retrained on quality!!

Beds were cozy , spacious room
One day there was no breakfast they ran out of everything, we had to ask front desk for cleaning service in our room which they only went 2 times out of the 5 nights we stayed.

The hotel was great. The staff was great, the room was great, and it was very enjoyable.
We were told in order to great fresh towels and linen, we had to call front desk before 9am. We were not told that at check in and it would have been nice if housekeeping could just give fresh linen. Nobody wants to reuse dirty washcloths and towels.
