Hotel room was right next to kitchen, horrible noise starting at 4am and did not stop. When complained, the initial staff was incredibly rude and refused to move us rooms for our second night. Breakfast was just ok.

Location was nice. Walking was easy.

Our room was not good. Must have been the worst room in the hotel. The clerk even warned us it was next to the kitchen and others had complained. She was correct!

I asked if they were able to provide me with joining rooms, Mr. Welton, said let me check and both rooms were spacious enough!

Everything was surprisingly perfect!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Jenny, at the front desk was amazing!The location was great. It was in walking distance to a lot of restaurants in the area.

The TV!! The choices are very minimal! You don't get very many channels at all. The TV in our room couldn't get a few channels that were offered and the front desk personnel told me I could watch the one I wanted in the lobby but who wants to do that? Sad

The staff were helpful. They even chased us out to the garage because we forgot an electric toothbrush.

Very clean, great location - walking to shops, restaurants and Columbus riverwalk and 15 minute drive to Ft Benning. Staff was AMAZING and so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good!

All staff were courteous and it appeared to be a culture…always greeting with a smile. Breakfast menu was tasty and alternated for variety. Paid parking is conveniently close, but entering and exits were challenging for a truck and at my advanced age.

Your EV chargers would not accept any of my form of payments, and I had to locate an alternative. Easily accomplished. The photo of the pool gives a distorted image of the size. These factors were somewhat anticipated and had little impact on my stay.

Location, everything was well kept & clean staff was very friendly and the breakfast every day was good

The hotel was clean and comfortable.

I was very upset about what happened after I checked out. I realized I had left my charger in the room and called immediately. I spoke with someone who promised to call me back, but I never received a return call. I had to call again, and at that point I was told the charger was not there.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and easy to access

Room with a great view, exceptional customer service, very friendly, clean environment! (October, 2025)

Staff is attentive and helpful. Facility is clean. We spent the evening playing games in the main lobby and we had a blast.

This is minor, but I didn’t enjoy having to park in the downstairs lot where it is dark and a little sketchy. There were homeless people near the hotel entrance.
