AC did not work properly arrived late at night & had a terrible experience. Was brushed off when I asked for help and told maintenance would check it later

A very beautiful hotel would recommend it to everyone stop with a meeting beautiful area right in the middle of town. I would stay there again.

Hotel staff, especially the room attendants, were welcoming, and engaging. The grounds, lobby, rooms, and hallways were nearly immaculate in appearance.

The showers feel small and cramped and its sliding glass door was noisy and seemed flimsy. While I like the aesthetic of the glass bathroom door, I would be concerned if I had a younger child. The sprays of the shower heads a showing signs of rust or hardware build-up. I’ve enjoyed a greater selection of tea and sweetener options. Honey and Stevia would have great options for tea drinker like myself, who enjoy tea but avoid artificial sweeteners and prefer to avoid sugar.

The only thing I will complain about is possibly having a heavier blanket.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and a great value for what we paid. Overall, the property met our basic needs, and we would consider staying again in the future.

The room was quite cold due to the AC continuing to run even after it was turned off (we raised concerns w/ the front desk but was told that’s just how the AC runs at this hotel and even requested extra blankets which were left outside the door on the floor in the hallway). Check-in was also a bit confusing, as there was initial uncertainty around our prepaid reservation, and we would have appreciated more proactive assistance. While the issues were manageable, a bit more flexibility, compassion or acknowledgment of the inconveniences would have gone a long way.

Beautiful and a perfect location for everything downtown Columbus! Very modern rooms and the most comfortable bed and pillows!

The check in was very smooth and fast. The staff member doing the check in was not friendly and had a whole bag of Chick fil an out in the open. Walking up to the desk smelt like fast food. He was not pleasant and seemed bothered I showed up. I woke up at 9am to banging on my door. I ignored since I wasn’t expecting anyone. They continued to bang so I had to get up and answer. It was a woman who seemed to say her name was Dallas? Asking if I needed towels. I continued to hear her bang and yell thought the hall asking people if they needed towels. For how much we are paying a night, that is absolutely not acceptable and ruined my whole experience.

The hotel was very nice but the shower was not fully clean and the top sheet had stains on it

Nice modern, clean hotel - fantastic location.

No restaurant for dinner. Toilet seat was very loose, light switches in room were confusing.

Having to pay for parking every night - outrageous! Would understand a $15 fee for the stay, but not every night.The extra taxes added were almost $50 each night. If I'd known that I'd be paying an extra 100 bucks in taxes alone, I probably wouldn't have stayed there.No microwave in the room. For what the room cost & additional fees, would have expected to have one.

Great location, comfortable clean large rooms, lively bar area. Modern aesthetic, very basic decor. Very much a business hotel. Always seems to be booked and pricey for the area. Plenty of parking on the street out front.

Some front desk staff probably should find new work, they were curt and rude.

Good location downtown

Hard to find a parking space when it’s full we went to a Valentine’s Day party and we came back at 11:30. We wanted to go to the bar and have a few drinks, we were trying to go through the side door to the bar and the bartender came to the door and told us that the bar was closed but the bar supposed to close at 12 o’clock midnight

We have stayed here twice on our way to Atlanta airport (so we do not have to do a long journey on the day of an international flight), and we find the staff go above and beyond. They allowed us a really late check out so we didn't have to leave the bags in the rental. The rooms are reliably clean and spacious, and the location is great for downtown restaurants.

Room key didn't work one time, but this is such a small thing to have had happened.

Amazing location and the staff were so sweet ! My sister and I loved talking to them and felt comfortable asking for help. Looks great for the price. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room was spacious and very clean, great location, staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Amanda. I would recommend any of my family or friends to utilize this hotel.
