- Hotel employee at the front desk was a gem! His sense of humor and attention to detail was impressive and engaging. He went out of his way to make sure I had a mobility assessable room which I had requested.
- Great breakfast, the staff was cooperative

Cons -
- There were some sounds of children that seemed very loud coming through the thin walls. It didn?t matter if they were in the hall or a room. I noticed a lot of gap around the door. At night a lot of light was shining through from around the door.
- Rooms should never be next to elevator as it was super loud and we had to change the rooms. Weird sliding bathroom door, AC was working non-stop even when we turned it off and the room had weird smell. No ventilation to be turned on in the bathroom.
