- Terrible service / called to cancel my reservation cause I wasn¿t going to make it since my flight got delayed and even though I called they said that it was a no show no call so the reservation was nun-refundable

- Hotel was clean and fresh, staff was accommodating; worthy of 2/3 stars

- Terrible service I NEED MY FULL REFUND
- Room was garbage
- Hotel was nasty, bedspread was stained and dirty, outside door handle broke, no towels at all had to go down to front desk. Ask for a different room, said they didn't have any but had vacancy on the window. Just awful experience at this one
