Friendly staff. The lady who checked us in was a ray of sunshine especially after having traveled for 5 hours by car. We were tired and she was very nice.

The location

Was surprised by having to pay for the extra charges like parking and breakfast. Because I did inquire about free continental breakfast. Then on arrival I'm surprised that there's a charge.
