Best Western Plus First Coast Inn & Suites

Intersection to turn left onto 200 was extremely dangerous! Needs to have a traffic signal to help traffic flow more safely! They should have planned better when they increased from two to three lanes!

The lady at the front checking me in. She was so kind and knowledgeable.

The elevator was smelly and dirty.

Room was clean.. amenities and breakfast were very good.

Our room was on the 3rd floor. The carpeting in the hall was in desperate need of a good vacuuming!

The elevator was not working. Bathroom was clogged up and the room had a wet smell.

The hotel was new looking. The bed was soft and confortable. The refrigerator was big. And it included a hot breakfast.

Clean, updated rooms. Friendly staff. Great hot breakfast. I would definitely recommend. If I'm in the area, I would stay here again.

Hot breakfast daily with eggs and meat options that rotates from day to day, good coffee machine, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, bagels, muffins- nice range of options. Friendly staff. Hotel was clean and tidy.

It was getting down to just below 40 degrees overnight and for whatever reason, the room felt cold even when I had the heat turned up to 76. Didn't feel a draft however, so it may have just been the floors.

The room was very smelly. We pried open a window to air it out. We both woke up with horrible headaches

Convenient to interstate 95 with plenty of food options and gas stations nearby. The bed was comfortable. The staff were pleasant and accommodating.

The breakfast buffet was poor. Need to upgrade the food. The eggs were terrible. The sausage was just ok. The waffles were the best option but they ran out of batter, so I didn¿t get any.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good for a hotel and the serving lady was very friendly. Would stay here again.

Yulee is hard place to get around. Not as many local places to eat as we would have liked.

Fantastic breakfast. Seems newly renovated in most spaces. Friendly employees. Good distance from Amelia Island and Jacksonville.

Rather firm bed with somewhat soft pillows didn't work for us. Closet space is limited if you need it.

Proximity to Amelia, proximity to shopping, A1A, and everything.

Nice large and clean rooms. Great breakfast choices each day and the attendant was very nice too. Front desk representative was so welcoming and we were able to check in early.

Room was not clean. No towels or was cloths provided for additional nights stay. Was not as good as last visit there.

Everything needed was avaliable (including the staff). They were absolutely, totally attentive to the customer's presence, friendly and readily offered their services. Also, the breakfast was very nicely done. *Overall Service was "above average"!!!

Very clean, love the tile floors. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

Room by elevator and side door was very loud. Kids screaming and banging the doors open and closed.

Everything was great at this location. I really enjoyed it, clean, comfortable and the price was reasonable.

The bed in my room was extremely uncomfortable. It killed my back! That was a huge disappointment because other BW I've stayed at have extremely comfortable beds.

It was incredibly dirty. Stuff stuck to the door knobs, towels had hairs and stains, stuff was left in the fridge, very poorly maintained.
