It wasn't what I expected. The best part of the room was it had access to the pool out of the sliding glass door. I was surprised that hotels don't have any note pads in the rooms anymore. Continental breakfast was skimpy

Very polite at the reception

The light in the balcony outside our room was on all the night and we can not turn it off, so it was not easy to sleep with all the brightness. The bathtub was to short for tall people.

Spacious room, good breakfast

After night lobby is closed, someone will come to door and through the hole ask for your credit card and license. Verify info and bring papers to sign and give keys.

Clean room and staff

Yes, breakfast is not good as expected. No bread and toaster, no eggs. Rest all is good.

Convenient location

I think it?s absurd that you don?t offer water at breakfast except the bottled water you charge for. My daughter can?t drink high sugar juices or milk and I never thought that it would be an issue to have water at breakfast.

we have stayed there before, all good experiences.the girl at the desk was friendly, very helpful.........so I would say Hotel employee we liked best :)

reading the experience people had, I was not impressed..BUT they are from 2021..this place has been redone since then..NO COMPLAINTS no complaints

The rooms are huge, as built years ago.?staff were fantastic, it?s quiet and no banging doors!!!!

Carpet in room a little threadbare and no elevator for disabled to stay on 2nd level

Thr staff was accommodating when I asked to change to a room with no roaches and also helpful and understanding when I decided to check out the next morning.

Yes the first room that they put my family in had roaches in the mini fridge and all least ten dead around the microwave/refrigerator area and the beds were as had a rock. Also the sliding glass doors open directly to the parking lot with no outdoor furni

Hotel employee at office really helpful

They made me give $50.00 deposit even though I paid online. Still waiting for credit back on card for $50.00.

Everything was sold out in the area that weekend, so we ended up here. Did not find any roaches or insects and everything in room worked is a positive. Skip the breakfast unless you like cheap cereal and machine pancake (at least they call it pancake)

Rundown motel. Old rooms with old sheets. The carpets in corridors would be like at least 50 years old and common areas always had water puddles, not clean. There were people smoking weed and loud music from rooms. The walls are paper thin.

This hotel was reasonably priced and did not have too many bad reviews. It doesn¿t stink, there are no bugs, and the bed was comfy. It was much better than the reviews I read

They were so friendly and they had a restaurant next door and they were close to Lego land made for a great trip. Thank you all.

Location for employee use

Hote cut out power during one of our stays. I had employees there for several weeks and in one instance they were accosted by staff because of a payment mistake. Roaches were found in the rooms several times Safety and apparent drug sales are an issue.

The room was nice: (My wife approved it!). The security system worked well for even me! The access card key worked well on the building entrance as well as on the room.

We were in a handicap room. My wife and I both use a CPAP instrument. I had to move the mattress in order to plug mine in.(?) The bath chair had one anti-slip leg cup missing. Couch-like cushions for pillows are bad. The $50 deposit surprised me!

That they allowed pets

The room was outdated, toiletries was .375 Oz shampoo, no body wash and one small soap bar. When I advised they didn't need to clean the room until we checked out and required a fresh set of towel, we had to return the used ones to the front desk

I needed a place to stay for me and my cats while some work was done on my home. The location was perfect, close to home so I could keep an eye on the work and I knew the cats were safe.

I am a short senior and the bed was really high and difficult for me to get in. The toilet was really low and it was tough to get up with bad knees. Bed was hard too.

The receptionist was very pleasant.

The property next door is under renovation and the parking lot is full of dirty mattresses and other nasty debris. The lobby of this hotel smells like cigarette smoke. The room smelled horribly like mold or mildew, to the point that we sat out by the¿

First I was told I had to take an upstairs room and I have trouble walking up stairs but when my white husband went in to get our money back they suddenly had a room downstairs the area is drug infested I found a meth pipe in the parking lot and the top
