- The hotel was excellent. But front desk clerk was very rude. House keeping had to step in to assist me with getting a room. I am a traveling nurse. I came to the town to assist with the epidemic. She refused to assist me

- The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and Marijuana. I had a hard time breathing in there and had to use extra allergy medication than I normally do.
- I dont have to much to said because i found everything in order ,im out all day and i used the most time for sleep
- cont. Likely has hourly rooms if you know what I mean. Girl at front desk was trainee and did not know how to check in customers. I waited 1 hour in lobby to get checked in! no lights in room. Rat feces in bathroom. Tub was filthy! This was a -1 star!

This was the bates motel from Hell! Thank God it was a shelter from the hurricane! That was it. It is a slum. Seems like watts or south central. permanent tenants out on door stoops. I felt like I could score some drugs anytime.

The location and the fact that the maintenance staff were super friendly
The manager was very rude they acted like we were below them they did not like the fact that we had children a simple mistake with the booking which was there fault coated us an extra 20 dollars just to get our stuff out of the room we will not stay again
The clerk that went on duty at 4p helped me change my room without question.
The first room I went into had a used towel on the rack, toothpaste on the bathroom sink, missing lightbulbs and a non-working ac/heating unit. The ice machine was not working. The WIFI only worked at the front of the hotel. The Cable was limited in rm
They gave us new clean towels the maintenance people were very nice
The managers were very rude they did not care about us as people they acted very upset when they realized we had kids they charged us more money on our last night there because we had kids I will never stay there again
