The staff extremely friendly,made me feel welcomed

Breakfast staff could of been more friendly, the hot food was not very hot at all and tasteless

Water maintenance in the morning (which we warned about), lasted way too long. We could not use the toilet or the shower until 10am.

Lots of kids running around but there was a basketball tournament being played nearby so that?s understandable

Disappointed that our room was not cleaned even though we stayed several days. Also disappointed there was not hot breakfast on Monday morning. Although there was food served, the hot buffet was empty (no eggs, meat, etc.) Also not enough parking!!

The hotel was super clean and also the lady in the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Staff like the one at the front desk may you always want to use this hotel the next time that I need accommodations in the Willwood area.

I was placed in a room that smelled like meldew/mold. Upon requesting another room, I was informed the hotel had a roof leak that caused damage to several rooms. Not sure why the hotel would place anyone in the rooms that smelled like mold.

The location was very convenient for our trip. We arrived late in the evening and the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and cheerful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The hallway was nice & quiet overnight.

The hot breakfast was nice as was the staff.

They have an odd policy. You cannot get additional towels or kcups when staying multiple nights for your room unless you chose the option to get it cleaned.

Room was filthy. Hotel is new but was built cheaply so noise travels very easily. Doors slamming, hallway noise, and just adjoining room occupants talking was all very loud

Pool was closed ....housekeeping woke me up both days I was there ruined my 2 days of sleep.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness. Pillow cases had hair and stains on them and the shampoo and conditioner had been used.

The hallway to our room, room 204 smelled like vomit. It was so strong. The water was cold, when I told the front desk the gentleman said it was probably because allot of people were showing at the same time and the wayer heater was far away.

Loved the whole experience. Easy check in and check out. Clean, friendly faces, and breakfast!

I have an older (7 years) iPad and it would not connect to the Internet - front desk no help and support number was useless. My iPad connects just fine at McDonalds and Dunkin Donuts. Same issue at Hampton Inn last September - IT IS an IHG issue.

Third degree to prove that I have a right to my already paid reservation and they wanted to switch us to a lower priced handicap accessible room for the higher price already paid ¿¿ just because I use a powerchair.
