The tub drained a little slow

Every thing except the bed was hard on my back , they were willing to switch but I was already at 75% of my stay ,

The bed was good hard for my back, which caused me to keep waking up in the middle of the night.

The staff is very friendly, it's very clean, the decor is so interesting, and the free morning coffee is perfect!

Convenient, friendly front desk staff, easy check in and out.

The light switches and touch points in the room were visibly dirty. Bathroom light switch had smudges and build up that I had to clean before using.

Everything was new and clean. Staff was great and the beds were comfy.

The hotel was beautiful and loved the rustic vibe. Being from Texas it was like home away from home.

Shuttle to Brownwood Town Square would have been nice.

Cleanliness.

Room lighting was rather dim. Especially the bathroom. Wasn't impressed with the concrete ceiling.

HVAC issues (heat did not work but later resolved); bathroom (no exhaust fan and disliked sliding bathroom door); breakfast (only complimentary coffee)

It was clean and close to my destitnation.

No microwave in room. Breakfast not included. $22 for breakfast. The room was in the back overlooking a corroded concrete flat roof which appears to be a generator or a/c room for the hotel.

Front Desk did not told us the truth and keep lying to us for 4 hrs instead of telling us when we could get the room

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel with good showers.

The hotel was generally very nice, but we had problems with the air conditioning unit in our room, which wasn?t working properly.

Pretty hotel, spacious rooms

I made res for 3 people and yet there were only 2 wash cloths. When I requested additional, they never came and when they dressed room, they only left one wash cloth (again, for 3 people). Man at front desk was a bit moody when I called. Lumpy bed

Great comfy bed EVER I've experienced. Bathroom shower was great!

Tv was too small and is not smart tv to view youtube..

Loved the setting in the lobby, the scene as you get off on floor 5 and the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The young man that greet us when we arrived made me feel at home. Loved the Wolfgang Puck for our birthday gathering.

Paying the regular price. I would expect a free breakfast. There was no microwave to warm the food. As I was checking out, I forgot to mention it.

Absolutely gorgeous and exceeded our expectations! Very friendly and not an arrogant stuffy feel. Extremely nice staff and very helpful. Rooms were spotless and beds were so comfy our kids were asking to go home and duplicate everything on them!

Absolutely nothing I would change

The staff was very nice, security guards in the back, staff up front, and the gentleman at the bar that served us as well. Everyone was helpful with our oversized parking vehicle as well.

Unable to book spa. No one available to do service we wanted.

Modern, clean and quiet. Spacious rooms with high ceilings.

Room was beautiful and quite large. The bar and the restaurant was top notch. Our bartender  was great with a wonderful personality¿She was so attentive to anything you needed!

Clean, allows pets, and pretty lobby. Location is convenient for accessing other locations in The Villages.
