Pros +

The bathroom had a very functional arrangement. I could turn on the shower without getting doused in cold water. There was a shelf over the towel rack for my glasses. Nice clean room for a single night.
It is close to the Kennedy Space Center
Easy to find.

Cons -

The mattress appeared new, but both me and my spouse had terrible back pain the next morning. Bathroom floor had not been swept adequately.
The shower could use some attention and the breakfast was substandard. For the price, I expected better.
Located next to I-95 kept the room extremely loud at night. Traffic never slowed down and the truck tires going by were the worst. The room was large, beds were comfortable, but the chair and footstool in room 301 were falling apart.
