    • Horrible service the gentle man was very rude my first day there.
    • This hotel has a kitchenette, which is very useful. It's good for families and elderly people, diabetics.

    Cons -

    • Cleaning n don’t like to give out clean linen nor towels or tissue. When the room not cheap .
    • The only one that was nice was Hotel employee
    • Our room looked worn off. The TV clicker was missing, the chair sit was cut; no shampoo, the floor was sticky. The microwave must be replaced. It is too old and dangerously rusty inside, etc. The door electronic cards barely working.

    Very quiet

No room service, and no towels daily

    7Verified guestPosted on: 8-20-2025

Location was far out from city and it was quiet at night

Yes they had roaches infestation and the bathroom did not have basic supplies like shampoo and conditioner

    1JerniaPosted on: 5-21-2025

There was nothing to like I had to bleach the room because of the smell

The room smelled bad and it?s unexceptionable I need a place for me and my baby to sleep I had to put my own sheets this hotel has turned into one of the worse ones now I used to love this hotel a few years back now it?s just unexceptional

    1. Dated 2.. no amenities 3. To many people hanging out around hotel.

    3MartyPosted on: 2-10-2025

Location was somewhat convenient to Temple Terrace events.

Despite name & online pics, this was not an "extended stay"room. No cookware, plates, utensils, nor even a plastic spoon or cup. In addition, the rear door to the facility was broken (unlocked) and the rear parking lot hosted "visitors" round the clock.

    3Verified guestPosted on: 12-10-2024

It was clean and well-kept, but spare. The Wi-Fi worked fine. The heat was adequate.

The room was meant for extended-stay, not overnight guests. Breakfast was not available! Accessories were scant (one small soap, no hair dryer, one trash bin, no extra blanket.) Possibly, longer-term guests would be better provided with such accessories?

    4JuanPosted on: 11-20-2024

AC and the bed was ok

Smoke smell al over the hallways and the room needs an update and the check in took me 20 minutes cause the front desk was closed

    10JohnPosted on: 9-21-2024

Hotel employee at the front desk was great from check un to check out. She was very cool yet professional.

I did see one roach in the kitchen area.

    1ClintPosted on: 8-5-2024

Nothing! The check-in staff was rude and lazy, not to mentioned lied to us about using the phone if we needed anything. We called and was connected to a national answering service. We needed blankets & not enough towels in the room told to wait morning.

The room was dirty, rude staff & not helpful at all. Broken mirror in bathroom with a chuck missing. Worst hotel experience. Do not stay here unless you like a filthy unsafe room and you enjoy not taking a shower because no towels to fry off. Rude Staff.

    3Verified guestPosted on: 7-29-2024

No tv access Called front desk for batteries and she stated I had to wait until morning Could not watch tv had to stare at the walls

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-3-2024

    Free coffee in the morning

This hotel was a complete dump. From linens to floors to bathroom. It was disgusting. You could see cracks in the seal around the tub and bugs peeking in and out.

    1ElizabethPosted on: 2-4-2024

nothi ng it was old, smelly and dirty

I left only after 4 hours. And went to work to take a shower at the health club in our work building. I will never stay there again.

The location is right of of I-75 and was close to restaurants and other attractions.

Front desk staff. Later night check in not adhered too; charged a higher rate because they couldn't get me checked in timely and had to make a completely new reservation. Asked to return after their audit was complete after traveling.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-3-2024

Loved the fact that it had a small kitchen saved us lot of money by not having to eat out. The shower had great water pressure.

I did not like the fact that the shower curtain was to small so anything we showered the floor would get all wet. Also if you were not careful and turned the handle to far the water was so hot that it was able to burn the skin.

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 12-20-2023

    Location.

Front Desk not focused on customer need, Poor Room Service, Rooms need to be upgraded.

    1KevinPosted on: 10-30-2023

The staff did not have an issue giving me a refund probably because they do it all the time . The hotel is really bad. Should be closed

This hotel should be shut down. I had cockroaches in my room. Looked like a drug dealing operation was going on in the parking lot. Probably w/ the hotel staffs approval and help . I had to leave.. would not recommend to anyone
