- I expected more from a four star hotel. This was one of your secret deals and it was awful.
- Everything was great about the hotel and staff from check in to the airport shuttle and even when asking for help finding things to see or do in the area. The maintenance crew when we had a problem with the a/c were awesome
- The room
Cons -
- We had to wait almost an hour for the shuttle to arrive at airport!!! We got in late, got to the bar/restaurant area, it was noisy, kids running around. We ordered food, which took about 1/2 hour to get to us! The room was a lot smaller than pictured.
