- The pool was warm, The breakfast was amazing
- Location to port
- Location close to Lettuce Lake Park, ($2 entry) gave us something to do while waiting for the rest of our crew to head to Busch gardens. Quiet area. Great breakfast variety.
Cons -
- The hot tub was closed :(
- I had paid for stay before the stay. Got to properly and they wanted a 50.00 retainer fee which is fine because most places want one;however we stepped foot off property over two weeks ago and after calling multiple times and speaking with corp, my 50 is still not credited back to my account. IHG will never get another penny from me. The charge says it will be refunded 3 to 7 business days after yo leave. It has been 13 business days
- Our room was not serviced because we only stayed for two nights. We had to go to the front desk to get towels and coffee
