Great hotel in perfect location for us. Room was clean. View and property is amazing. Older retro hotel close to Key West but in a quiet peaceful setting. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

It is old-Florida styled and has lots of iguanas on the premises. Beautiful views.

The Staff was very friendly, The room was clean, the location was close enough to Key West and the price was right for a one night stay. I will stay there again when my Wife & I go to the Key's next year.

    Not Hardly.

It was pet free. The rooms were very clean. No animal smell.

The hotel promised free WIFI. You could connect, but you could not pull up even one web page. In addition the hotel placed lawn chairs under all of the room's windows. Drunks spoke loudly all night. The rooms are noisy. No HBO. No free breakfast.

located near Key West. Room had view of the water. Pool was nice and tiki bar ok.

no coffee pot in room and no free breakfasts as most hotels now have. Free coffee in tiki bar not available until 7:30am.

    8AutumnPosted on: 10-9-2015

I enjoyed my stay there definitely for the "lodge" type feeling, although quite honestly it looked more like the 70s in Florida - fun! The best was the views. At least 180 degrees of beautiful oceanic views.

No coffee in the room was a bit of a downer, but there was coffee at the tiki hut. No breakfast, that was okay, too because Baby's down the street was a great breakfast and coffee nook. No microwave in the room and after eating out I had leftovers.

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-19-2015

It was a beautiful area. The staff was friendly. The Tiki Bar was a nice place to get a drink.

The room is severly out of date which wouldn't be so bad if it was kept up better. The room wasn't very clean and both beds were very very worn out.

    5JeniferPosted on: 5-4-2015

The room was nice. Vaulted ceilings were nice. View was nice.

Distance to Duval St in Key West. 40 minutes in light traffic. Front desk clerk was less than friendly.

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-2-2015

The rooms were tidy. Staff was very attentive. Close proximity to Key West and Duval street. Nice Tiki bar.

Rooms were quite outdated and the grounds are not attractive at all. There's no feeling of a tropical paradise here.

Location (Gulf view) and nearby restaurants.

The lodge definitely needs an update. Almost everything is vintage 1960's. Overpriced for what it had.

    6RichardPosted on: 2-2-2015

Location and price point. High vaulted ceilings. Private balcony close to water. Proximity to key west. You are paying for location

nothing spectacular,it's older, it's clean but it serves the purpose
