Sugarloaf Key Hotel at KOA Resort

Close to Keywest and had a lovely stay.

The suite was great bright and roomy. The pool a tree a was awesome

Would like the pool hours later then dusk and a less bright light in the de k with a ceiling fan

Great spot for families, nice beach, pool and very fun and friendly staff

We loved the location and the atmosphere. Also the personal was really nice

The bed-couch was really uncomfortable and there were to many lights to sleep (example the big Exit light)

Space well planned with RV and hotel. Swimming area and pub great. Nice planning on activities.

Efficiency might have had sugar, salt and pepper (just basics) for cooking in house

I really enjoyed my stay at this amazing property. Its location, cleaniless, staff response and communication were all exceptional. Whenever I visit Key West, this the place I would book in future as well.

Very convenient for trips to Key West. Pool was great. Staff were nice and helpful. Food at Cafe was good. The grounds were well kept. There is a swimming area but not much Sandy Beach, but that seems to be the case unless you go to a state park. We may return for an even longer stay next year.

Our TV kept going out for 9 of our 14 day stay. The staff were very nice when they came to fix it but no one could seem to solve the problem.

Great location and views. Beautiful sunrises and sunset views. Dark skies and could see the Milky Way on the road out front. Big balcony. Huge shower.

A door on the bunk bed room would be nice.

We wanted to be in the lower keys and this met our expectations. The resort is an excellent facility and we would stay again in the future.

We would have liked to have a king size bed, but we slept fine.

We were completely satisfied with everything at Sugarloaf. We stayed in one of their hotel rooms and it was fantastic. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately to our satisfaction. The facilities were incredibly clean throughout the campground and it was very quiet at night. The pool area was "Tropical". It felt like we were on a Caribbean island somewhere.We would also highly recommend Captain Scott's boat tour. It was amazing and well worth the cost.

The bar and grill were very convenient and reasonably priced. Everyone was very friendly .The room was big and very modern. I would definitely recommend staying

I would of like the coffee in the room to be refilled daily

Loved the laundry and kitchen area with everything we needed. The pool wasn’t far at all for karoake.

Floors were very dirty and the exit sign glowed way too brightly.

Perfect location close to Key west with everything you need inside the complex.The appartment has also a washing machine which was very practicle during the road trip!

Kitchen stovetop didn’t get hot enough to cook food correctly on. Air conditioning in the rooms was inconsistent at cooling the room.

It was beautiful and so clean. The bugs were bad but everything else was perfect

The noseeums were very bad. It was hard to stay outside

It would be nice if you informed your guests a little more. No signs marking property so to find out room in the dark at night was terrible. Nobody told us about your services or free breakfast.

No water pressure, no ice in ice maker

Beautiful KOA! I loved the room at the resort, the property and pool area! The rooms are very modern and comfortable. 30 minute drive to Key West.

The location was great , staff was nice , grounds were clean and well kept . The room was nice as well.

My children weren’t able to swim in the pool due to maintenance which was pretty off putting and a large motivating factor of where we decided to book in the first place. My son was only able to fish on one little part of the beach area as well.
