Looe Key Reef Resort and Dive Center

Front desk staff was really nice and house keeping as well let us check in early no issue.

It was clean, conveniently located, had a coffee maker very friendly staff, very comfortable beds.

Location was good. Area felt secure. If all you need is the bare essentials and you are not very picky this is a good choice.

Room was not very clean. Bare minimum of existence. There was a fridge and micro but nowhere near for groceries. Ac was noisy and leaked everywhere. Water pressure was very light. Very very small space. Bedroom lights were inop.

The best thing about this hotel is when we left.

There is no staff on duty or anywhere near the property at night. Arrived back at the hotel with the family at 11:30 PM and neither key worked. Locked out with 2 children. Luckily the room locks are junk and I was able to get it open. Don't do it!

Inexpensive, central location, friendly staff accommodated a late arrival. Some reviewers mention the loud bar next door, but the live music ends at 11pm so it's really no big deal.

We found two live cockroaches in the room within an hour of getting into our rooms. In the morning, we noticed the cleaning crew didn't remove the previous occupants' used coffee pod from the machine -- what else didn't they check/clean?

The location is not too far from Key West and other attractions.

There was a dead roach in our room. The room could be cleaner. The sheets were very uncomfortable. It was hard to get towels. AC had what looks of mold. The tiki bar was VERY noisy, couldn't sleep, so was the cleaning crew in the morning doing laundry.

Location- this is 45 min north to key west, cleanliness the comforters were smelling. The floor was sticky

Funky room but serviceable. Tiki Bar Restaurant a plus. Water sport activities onsite a plus.

Location to Key West. Staff were outstanding. Availability of scuba diving and snorkeling on Loowe Reef. Tiki bar on site provided food, drinks and live music

Absolutely nothing.

We had to check in at the bar because the hotel closed at 6pm. Upon checking in we literally checked right back out after about an hour. The bar was extremely noisy. There were sketchy people outside our hotel room doing drugs and the ac did not work.

The beds were clean and comfortable. A/C was nice and cold. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The on-site Tiki Bar had great food,happy hour specials, and live music. The pool area was very basic and clean. Snorkel trip was fantastic!

The room had no frills and could use at least fresh paint on the walls. Was very plain and not very aesthetically pleasing. We didn't spend much time in the room mainly because it left little to be desired. Otherwise, we had no issues with the motel.

Bed was very comfortable . Enjoyed the music at the Tiki Bar. Great location.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Nice rooms.

Shower gets very hot then cold. Door knobs don't work that good so use the dead bolt. its an old motel so don't expect a lot and it hasn't been kept up.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Excellent location for dive training and diving Looe Key. I would recommend this hotel to divers but only after warning them of the negative factors.

Room was very bare bones. Worst part was a lamp cord spliced to a plug with wire nuts. The plug had evidently been cut off an extension cord and spliced onto the lamp cord. Very dangerous. Too few electrical outlets, none in bathroom.

The back porch along the canal was beautiful.

This place is very dated. The pool deck was strange. Their were tiny bugs crawling all over the room. When it was time to check out the office wasn't open till 8 and then they didn't know what they were doing. Worst of all was the loud music till 10

Great location, would have enjoyed snorkeling and spending more time. The patio out back was awesome

It was noisy. The bar is loud. Just wasn't expecting it.
