A/C unit loudly buzzed all night. The breakfast was stone cold and very limited quantity.

It was horrible there was one car in the parking lot of the whole hotel and still didn?t have a room ready when we went to check in

There was nothing good about this hotel at all

It had people congregating in the parking lot and kids playing like it?s an extended stay.. the smell in the lobby made me leave.?. Lost my money to stay there.. was that bad

Dirty towel with stains on them Room is too old not so clean as well

Old rooms that need to be redone.

Hotel was awful! Extremely old, our room furniture was torn and ripped, bathroom had rust all around, bathtub had rust, toilet was dirty, room smelled like marijuana! We left and drove home because we couldn¿t stay here it was so terrible! I feel scammed!

Not much other than close to hwy other than that nothing else

Rooms seemed clean but bathrooms was horrible black mold on bathroom door human waste on floor behind door tub rusted bugs trapped in plaster window had bugs on it just hidden dirt everywhere.breakfast what buffet so skimpy not as described please update

Location to the event we attended.

The room was sparsely appointed with only a desk chair for sitting. Linens were threadbare and minimal. Heating system barely worked and there were no towel racks or hooks available to dry towels since there was no room service without request.

Nice location. Not too far from downtown but far enough away so traffic wasn't bad

Location. Just off I4 (exit 10) and close to many eateries and stores.

The bath towels are like sand paper. Bring your own.

Close to a cracker barrel. Mostly the hotel has really gone down. The TV doesn't have a swivel and was easy to watch. No channel guide, what they listed didn't match. Towels were so old and rough. Spend some $$ get new ones. Clearly cheap ownership

Booked a suite that wasn't handicapped and got a HC room. Not a big deal. No couch in the suite. No room had one. That sucked. I asked other guests to confirm. There was a table and lamp and nothing. Noise from Truck stop behind it. Worse than HWY noise.

The gentleman who helped us has been working at this hotel for 11 years. He was fixing the side door as we arrived. What an incredible professional, with kindness and empathy we helped to make some adjustments to our room.

Yea they charged me $---- for my room and then charged $100 deposit on top of that to be returned when I checked out the next morning and it never was returned to my card.

There were lots of broken tiles on the floor mold all over the hot tub and duct tape to hold a broken mirror. Also there were strange brown stains all over the bed the fridge didn't work vending machines didn't work. And the so called breakfast was cereal

Not much to like about this hotel.

It was dirty, obviously missing furniture in our room, bathroom door was falling apart and it was obvious that the bathroom has not been cleaned as there was dirt on the floor. We only have 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 2 washclothes.

The location is very convenient, there¿s a gas station right next door and some fast food restaurants across the street. The room was quiet and the breakfast was basic but good enough.

The bathroom was dirty, there¿s black mold on the ceiling and the bathtub looked as if it had not been cleaned in weeks.

Pictures are deceiving Hotel needs maintenance. Our room had no door on the utility room, portable air conditioner that rattled all night. Our tv didn¿t work at midnight they came and replaced it. a tv in the front room but no couch or a chair to sit on

Convenient location to where we needed to be. Noisy highway and truck stop on each side. Pretty grungy, dumpy place.

No maid service. Owner operator... clearly cutting costs and not interested in proving it any service. Said to put towels in hallway and get clean ones at front desk. Stayed 4 nights..... never saw a housekeeper. Breakfast is absolute minimum.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located to Downtown Tampa, Ybor City, Hard Rock Casino, etc...

There was no toilet paper in the room. The mini fridge was dirty and had not been cleaned for quite some time. And, the coffee maker filter compartment still had coffee grounds in it and had not been cleaned either.

Clean laminate floors. Elevator

Bathroom and Beds need updating. Could have been more food choices
