Hampton Inn & Suites Tampa East (Casino Area)

It was close to the highway and Tampa, without being too far away. The staff was professional, and the hotel was clean.

Wasn’t too hyped about the breakfast, but of course, with the price point, you get what you get

I was there for a funeral and the location was perfect

for some reason the floor in the shower was kind of slippery when I was showering. I noticed this on the last 2 stays, and other people in my party noticed it too.

It was clean and I was exhausted

The room did not have conditioner in the room..it's a bottle in the bathroom..but honestly that's nothing,

All of the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our stay and the room and hotel was clean.

Power went out for over 3 or 4 hours and they stated they could not hook up generators without a 24 hour notice.This is so ridiculous because you never know when power will be knocked out.

The cleanness of the main lobby, the rooms were clean and on point ?, the breakfast ? was good. Staff was friendly, patient, polite and pleasant.

Would like more variety of foods at breakfast ( hash browns, bacon, biscuits, more fresh fruit etc.,)

Cant get enough I love our king room suite and breakfast is fantastic. Of course maintain the cleanliness.Salute

Clean, large room, comfortable. Good location.

Room was great. Nice beds and pillows. Great pool, warm and clean. Wonderful views. Walked along docks in back. Close to eating places and state park. Will stay there again

Could be less expensive. Splitting hairs here. Have to complain about something

Despite prepaying for my one night stay, the hotel insisted that I give them another credit card for incidentals. They then ran my card for the room cost, plus taxes of $---. I still have a bank hold on my account.I couldve stay at the Ritz Carlton.

Hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the grounds were manicured.

Comfy Bed & Pillows. Nice & Clean. Should have a Restaurant or Pub.

No place open nearby to get a meal. No soda Machines.

When we walked into room 1, we checked bed first to make sure it is clean. We found one bug in one bed and two human hairs in another bug. I talked to the manager and he said to change to another room. We got to the second room and found two bugs in bed

I would definitely say location and cleanliness. the guy who checked us in was great, super nice very helpful

they appearently had a glitch in their system in the middle of the night and tried to give my room away. luckily I had the lock over the door because someone tried to open the door 3x before they realized the room was occupied.

Staff! They were very kind and accommodating. Even when they were short on staff, they responded quickly when we needed things.

Lady at front desk was great, I recommend a raise , no really. She was so friendly and knowledgeable about questions I asked her about getting around and toll roads

Quiet and pristine. Very comfy pillows and sheets. Easy highway access.

It was conveniently located and offered free coffee, although there was no creamer in the room.

I did NOT like the interior. It is super outdated. The exterior and interior lobby do not match the interior of the rooms.

The staff willing to get us a room with a working heater.

It was ok, but not up to usual Hampton Inn standards for the price we paid. The breakfast was not up to par due to Covid and they were out of some of the foods we wanted after just 8am.

Location next to restaurant and travel centers. (Gas and food)
