So beautiful!! Great location in between two public beaches and next door to a fantastic seafood restaurant. Bed is super comfortable and room is super spacious. Would definitely go back
Walls are a little thin you could hear people talking very easily!! Felt like you had to be super quiet. A hot tub would have been nice!! Or heated pool and some work needs done to that deck out back that goes to the matanza river it’s a little sketchy.

It was a beautiful hotel and the room was very nice. We had a balcony overlooking the water, a jacuzzi tub/ shower, and an extremely comfortable king sized bed. There was breakfast down in the lobby; bagels, fruit, coffee, tea, oatmeal, granola, yogurt. Just enough to hold me over until lunch while out and about.
I didn’t see anything saying that fishing was prohibited off of the dock of the hotel until filling out the property agreement paperwork right before check in. I would have liked to been able to fish right there.

The location is good, the back yard and view are excellent.
There's a strong scent of chemical-based fragrance in the lobby and bed sheets. It's like their trying to cover up something. The walls are either paper thin, or the doors don't block any noise. We could hear the people in the next room clearly even when they were overcome in a loving embrace. Not what we wanted to hear as we were preparing for the day. It's the first time I've ever checked out of a hotel early and I'm well-traveled. Additionally, I rarely leave a bad review, but our experience deserves your attention.

The location was beautiful and serene, with the wetlands, river and dock in the back, behind the fountain and large stone patio. We had a large room with a balcony that overlooked the river. The two small dipping pools were nice too, which we used. The continental breakfast was good, and you could request a sausage and eggs sandwich from the front desk for no additional charge. The public beach was only a mile down the road. Overall, our stay was very pleasant.
The two downsides were, the beds were extremely high and kind of hard to get in and out of. And the toilet in our room was very low, and my husband, who has a bad hip, had trouble using it.

Nice location, lots of potential
It is sorely and needed a renovation. The door to our Rome took 2 people to get it open because it was dragging on the floor the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and bull shaped the sheets were put on sideways, so they wouldn't stay on.And the décor is so over the top. China,

We absolutely love Bliss! I can't count the times we've stayed. This is an excellent Hotel. I could say a million things I love. The beds are soooo comfortable. The two pools are perfect for relaxing over the intercostal waterway. The inroom jacuzzi is a great way to end the day. I love the architecture of the inside. I love the coffee.
My floor was really sandy. Elaborate headboard dusty. Things are usually immaculate. Never seen this before in about a dozen stays. Seems like maybe new ownership. Some hotel furnishings and decorative items were missing.

Nice hotel overall. However, it was not clearly communicated that the hotel is more like an air b&b, with hotel and room access details shared via email. We waited for nearly an hour for someone to come to the reception (and let us access our room) before deciding to call the hotel management just to be told that all details will be emailed over. There were other people waiting with us, equally in the dark about what they needed to do to check in. So make sure you have access to internet to be able to sign the rental agreement well before you get to the hotel. The outside space was ok, with two small pools, but the sun loungers were old, rusty and broken- not safe to use. The room we stayed in had a lot of character- anyone who likes quirky/ spooky will enjoy it. It seemed comfortable and offered everything we needed. However, there was loud banging noise coming from the ceiling throughout the night- the building looks quite old so it’s possible that the noise was caused by the building ‘moving’ due to temperature drop at night, but still, not great… And then the breakfast- quite limited choice + no tea, tea spoons or glasses for juice/milk. We’re quite a low maintenance family but we were glad to be leaving the hotel…
