More food options. The food isn’t very good. Pool activities for kids.

It's a beautiful property.

No one told us we had to make a reservation to get a chair at the adult pool. The regular pool is very nice but quite dirty. It was mobbed with families. The chairs were moldy. We could not get a pool server to wit on us.

Very clean, great views, lots of eating choices. Spa was very nice!

The roof top hot tub wasnt working 3 of the 4 days of visit and they changed hotel after we booked and week before arrival which added 150 cost to our trip we already booked which was disappointing

The pool is huge and the hotel is new. And it was in a great location for what we wanted.

Booked a King Bed room and received a Suite Room overlooking the harbor.

Paying $ 25.00 a night to park.

It was a very pleasant atmosphere and very clean ,the staff was super helpful

Rooms are clean and spacious. Pool area was the best part of the hotel.

Overpriced, check in staff, valet staff were not friendly. Self parking for over sized vehicles is in a blacktop lot that is a very long distance to walk. The hotel is cashless and the restaurants are expensive. Long walk from the sun suite rooms.

The roof top pool was awesome. We paid the extra to reserve a chair and it was totally worth it.

The room was just a standard room. The bathroom was the best part of the room.

Great location right on the Peace River. The rooftop pool was awesome. Hotel Employee at the front desk was very professional and knowledgeable.

Pool bar should have coffee for sale in the morning, also I don't understand why they close so early.

Hotel is not in walking distance to anything, they provide no breakfast and the food options in the hotel are VERY expensive. There was a resort fee that we were not told about when we booked. The room provides 4 K-cups and creamer for your stay.

The hotel was able to check us in early and the pool areas were very clean and bathroom also. I would like to thank hotel employee our shuttle driver and also hotel employee who validated our parking pass while friends came to have dinner. The music at night.

We were a little disappointed at the housekeeping we had to ask for clean towels empty garbage and also water each day we were there. We also had to ask for activities and one of the classes we signed up for no one showed up.

The large pool on ground level was nice. Rooms are clean.

We had to ask for valet to bring luggage cart three times. Staff is not helpful or engaging. Too many hidden fees. No one tells you that you have to make reservations for a lounge chair on roof top pool or that they charge. Everything priced high!

The room was quiet, the bed comfortable and keurig maker appreciated

The complete disorganization was shocking frankly. We were given a room at check in that was already occupied ( no apology or credit even after a 2 hour delay checking in to another room). Dinner was not edible and our car was lost by the Valet staff.

Yes. No room service. No restaurant for brunch on the weekend. The food hall left much to be desired. The hotel was noisy through the night. You could hear everything in the hallway and going on in front of the hotel.

Everything you need is at the hotel. It?s truly a resort.

The self park and resort fee was $68 per day and there is no beach and no marina. But definitely nice.

Fabulous resort. The food was excellent & everyone was super friendly. Great work out facility and the pools are very nice also.

Our room was at the farthest end, and we had to walk quite a bit to the other end for food & pools. The only other negative was that the restaurants are not open every day, thank goodness for the food court.
