Riverside by the Beach Apartments

Very clean and we had a great view of the pool. Close to everything. Pool was immaculate and our room was update and very nice...

The Bed was super comfortable and was quite from outside noise. Great location. Close to the Pompano Ampitheater, the beach, and restuarants.

The check in process leaves a lot to be desired. Had to wait for someone to come from another location to get checked in. Upon check in they will tell you a $200 refundable deposit is due. The room itself could have been cleaner. 1 washcloth for 2 ppl

Nothing was like what was on the picture I booked a room with bathtub they gave me a closet bathroom Like it was a very tiny one Ruined my whole plan

The room was very stylish and large.

Room 403 is adjacent to the office with a connecting door. I arrived shortly after 9:30pm and I could hear the staff member on holding a conversation on FaceTime. This went on for a couple of hours and I could hear them in every room of my unit.

Nice location. The hotel is decent, and the price is reasonable. Overall, we like this hotel and will look to stay here again. This is our second stay at the hotel.

Had an issue with our lock after they left for the day. There is a number to call but they DO NOT ANSWER AND WILL NOT RESPOND UNTIL 9:00 AM!!! We had to stay in the car all night! They refunded 1 day but after being up all night, ruined rest of the trip.

I loved having two bedrooms with three beds. It makes it much more pleasant traveling with teenagers when everyone gets their own bed and are well rested. Its also great to have a kitchen. Eating out gets old, expensive, and isn't great for the waistline.

We did not like being contacted repeatedly about check-in and checkout even after we provided the information. We would have happily communicated via text to inform staff, but it was unclear what was being requested.

Dated property Parties outside until after midnight When office contacted they stated it would be handled the next day Asked partygoers to quiet down at12:30 am. Was threatened!! Ended stay four days early

Roach encounter (only 3). Needs exterminating.

The liason was convenient to the piers and beaches.

There was fresh blood on our "clean" sheets, blood stains on white bath towel, room safe was not working, and after a 1-2 second power outage we were left without an elevator at departure with large suitcases because the elevator had also stopped working.

The room was very nice. Just need a couch to sit on so you don't have to sit on the bed

The pool was dirty one room seemed like there was about 8 people staying there. They were intoxicated before noon

I went there on a quick business trip and stayed one night. They took a $100 deposit from my card and 2 days after I realized that they had taken $50 of my deposit. I called and this disgruntled female answered and she told me I had damaged a towel!

The best about Riverside Apartments is that where is located very close to the beach, Publix and restaurants, if you like walking it's great, to all these locations 1/4 of a mile.

What I didn't like it's they take too long to return your deposit for any damage that you may have in the room, 3 days and still waiting. I will give them week before I start calling.

ROOM WAS VERY NICE. POOL WAS COOL. LOCATION WAS 2 BLOCKS FROM THE BEACH AND A PARK THAT HAD LIVE ENTERTAINMENT AND NICE RESTURTANTS.

THE CHECK IN PROCESS WAS WEIRD, BUT EASY TO DO VIA A TEXT.

Disgusting Smelled of smoke and mold Cheap old apartment building being converted to vacation rentals. The ¿office¿ has limited hours and in a laundry room. Cheap plastic furniture Grounds unkempt with poor signage

Yes the floor above us were noisy. Early morning, they already making noise from the floor above us.

Put me in walking distance o the beach for the fireworks. Did not have to deal with the crazies driving before or after the fireworks.

HBO was in Spanish...only. Main office set-up was strange. Up on the 4th floor at a small desk inside the laundry pick-up room.

Location was good 2 blocks away from the beach

The appearance landscape is horrible it almost made me wanna book somewhere else made the place seem dirty but it was decent place
