I believe it said something about free parking and then when they get there, they charge you $10 a night to park when you check in they give you a couple of bottles of water for Free. I don’t drink soda pop I don’t eat cookies. Don’t charge me $10.

Ease getting in and out; overall a huge disappointment.

Light(s) in room were burned out; bathroom sink did not drain!

Veery clean

The room and for that matter, the whole hotel (with the exception of the lobby) needs updated in the worst way. It?s unacceptable to see wall paper peeling off the bathroom wall, areas that are scuffed & dirty & need painting. Many other area's, as well.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good.

My children's room was bad, Dirty and Blood stain and Hand Print on the Wall, My children were scared.

I checked in around 4pm the room was not ready was not a problem this time i had places to be but i was riding by so I checked in There was no shampoo in our room, The breakfast was out of a lot of items including coffee looked under staffed

Dale the manager banned me for no reason and lied to Hilton Corporate saying I was rude. I have a witness that can verified I was not rude.

Check in says 3 o'clock. There was absolutely no one at that hotel. No cars in the parking lot, and they would not check us in until 4:30 quarter to 5.

I liked the cleanliness and the complimentary breakfast.

One of the two elevators wasn't working.

Hotel immaculate, beds comfortable, breakfast better than most, and staff professional, friendly and efficient. Should be more stars than it is!

We had tremendous difficulty finding it for our stay, due to nighttime. The sign directing us down a side road is small and unlighted. Car GPS told us we had arrived and it still took us 15 minutes to find it. Other than that, the hotel was great.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good and very clean. The room was basic but clean.

Odd setup where you had to insert your card key once in the room to turn on the hall light which you don't know about until you see the small paper with instructions in the card key holder. Also the TV remote was hard to use and no guide available.

Non working elevators. They put out fresh baked cookies every nite. They were burnt so bad you couldn¿t eat them. This was every nite.

Could not sleep people fighting and beating each other up hotel room stunk of mold bed was broken

Convenient and close to family we were visiing.

Not enough housekeeping staff. Our room wasn't serviced until very late in the day, and there were no towels by the pool. Unacceptable for the high price we paid. They need to hire more housekeepers or pay them better.

Very nice hotel,nice location,very clean and staff was great. Very good breakfast included.

Light in room didnt work, toilet didnt flush, door piston needed to be serviced, door slammed shut,, breakfast was terrible. Raw potatoes,and notuch to choose from.

The staff was very courteous. It was in a convenient location.

The rugs need cleaning and probably replacing. I really dislike when you have to join a club for slow internet, ie checking email, and pay extra to actually get fast internet. WiFi should definitely be included in a Hilton brand hotel.

Was very clean, comfortable bed and very good breakfast.

We had a family member that got injured while on vacation and was in the hospital. We ended up not extending our stay at the hotel because of the increase quoted rate, wish they would have made an exception
