No restaurant. Never could get a chair at either pool. Kids running in the halls. No housekeeping the entire visit. Told only come in every 14 days. Too much pressure to buy in. Not what we went there for

So many activities for the whole family

I had an ac leak, but it was taken care of quickly. The carpet was very wet even with the blower that was put on it.

I do like that they have events for the kids on a daily basis

We have stayed here before and it has gone downhill.A lot of the food and beverage staff were rude, our food was burnt twice that they served us and also one employee was working the water slide and ended up in his underwear in pool around our girls

GOOD LOCATION.

NO HOT WATER AT THE APARTMENT! NO AIR CONDITIONING ON COMMON AREAS. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

The rooms are very specious. Bed was soft and comfy. Very nice decor.

Yes. We could not check-in early or at 4:00pm. I had to request a manager. To 6:00pm and still waiting for a room. That was horrible and unacceptable. The other problem was the persons in the room above us, made so many noise with the screeching chair .

The location , easy to get to the interstate and also close to the beaches that are nearby.

When call for maintenance service to assist a toilet issues ! It took them almost 3 to service that issue ! Also hoping they would updated the facility just a little bit outdated. The visiting center building has an smelly odor like mildew .

Friendly staff

The hotel was overbooked, I was sent to a different location which I didn't like at all to stay. The room they gave me was far smaller than the room I had paid.

Close to Synagogue

My room wasn't ready upon check in (5:30 PM). The hallways reeked of marihuana in an area designated as non-smoking!

Several, from sitting on the bet, the view was of a wall, standing looking directly out-you have a view of 2 walls. Kids yelling and running up and down the halls past 10:00 p.m.-some adults to. Trash sitting by the elevators every day.

Location was near family we were visiting.

Ants in the room and staff seemed unconcerned when requesting to change rooms. It took two requests. Also did not appreciate the immediate timeshare push upon check in.

I loved the rm.. Jacuzzi tub, huge shower, full kitchen cups, plates pots,utensils, mini dish liquid and washing powder included, washing machine and dryer,living rm,Long balcony.free parking

I had trouble with my balcony & rm door 668.it kept jamming up.They sent someone up but it didnt help. He did fix the balcony lock.Upon check out i had an unexplainable balance. The staff did not understand why. They told me they would email me but didnt
