I enjoyed the water aerobics

There were multiple things I did not care for. I did not get an ocean view unit, I was given incorrect directions to find my room which caused me to drive/water around multiple times in the heat of the day. The tv remote did not work correctly. Etc.

I booked an Ocean View room at the higher rate and was told there were no Ocean side rooms left and was given whatever was left. I had bragged this hotel up to my fiancé who accompanied me on the trip and she had never stayed in an Ocean view room, dissap

Magnificent hotel with very good service from its staff. The rooms are very nice and spacious, and the hotel has multiple pools and jacuzzis.

The worst thing is that when you check in, they send you to confront a TimeShare representative even if you don't want to. Also, when you make a reservation online, they don't specify that you have to participate in a 90-minute talk.

This hotel was in two parts Beachside which was across a main road and the main part of the hotel where receptions was and others pools etc were Our pool beachside was very basic just sunbeds provided if you went on the beach you were charged for usi

Pristine clean. Unit was updated with new kitchen, freshly painted. Pool was crystal clear and warm. The grounds were beautifully manicured lush with tropical plants. Plenty of free parking. Right across street from ocean. Studio buildings on beach.

The hassle of the timeshare sales. Stand your ground and say no to sales meeting. It's your vacation don't waste your time.

Very convenient with small Travelers. Older clientele. Direct beach access across street. Kitchen set up with pans etc

We usually have a GREAT experience, however this time although our fav spot we thought fell very flat. The outside pool was very cold. It¿s heated so not sure why that was the case, ants in kitchen, fold out MISERABLE bring pad

We liked the location.

The bed was hard as a rock, We couldn¿t leave anything ¿ food¿ on the nightstand or within minutes there would be tiny ants crawling on it. ¿¿ Not enough chairs around the pools.

I went to the front desk because the phone wasn¿t working in the room. I explained that to one of the receptionist and did nothing about it. The TV wasn¿t working either.

Customer service was good but for time short staff

The picture of the Hotel is not e we were allocated. The place is a time sharing complex formed by different buindings. The room given was not was it was expexted ehen booked. I was notcthe omly person or guess there that thought the same

Shower had no hot water. Dishwasher had no screws hold it in. Called and ask for towels and soap powder , was told they would bring to room, and never did.Check in was a nightmare, took a hour to get checked in.

It was in a good location

We stayed for 5 days but they never cleaned out room it would have been nice if they would have come at least every 2 or 3 days to clean up.

Hotel employee walked us out door pointed towards pool said room is that way now having to try to make our way , because he disappeared then found him walking a road which went directly to our room the way he sent us was like an obstacle course

Great location, Right off of the beach,

Staff was not very professional. Received a call about a remaining balance an hour after paying it off, when I returned the call the person who answered said she couldn't help me and to wait for a return cal which never came. Hotel employee was the ONLY helpful one

Worst experience. Pictures on website were NOT what I got. Website boasts a hotel tower on beach,I got a worn down 3 level old motel. Asked to be moved due to smoking neighbors no call back, walls paper thin & can hear neighbors talking very clearly

Room smelled like mold. Tried to stay but checked out at 2:36 am and drove 5 1/2 hours home. Had booked room for two nights but didn't stay even for one. Didn't like being solicited into making Wyndham my vacation provider. All in all just low class.

The staff were very pleasant and accomodating. Beach access was wonderful and the beach is well maintained and has available chairs and activities for a fee. It is a beautiful resort with lots of amenities. The grounds are extremely clean as well.

It is a resort and as such rooms are rented from a timeshare pool. Unexpectedly we were forced to change rooms after 2 days because the "owners" were using the room for the next week. There was no housekeeping service provided at all.
