Way out dated, ceiling appeared dirty

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone...

Entering my room, I noticed 5-6 small cushions on the bed and called to ask for regular sized pillows. The manager at the time told me to Leave and he will refund 100% of my payment of $--- That was the 26th I haven't received my refund 10-31-23

Location is very close to the sand and pool area was clean. Store on site with great drinks and snacks.

Room was dirty, sheets had dirty black marks on them. It was gross.

Helpful staff, great location within walking distance to the beach, fair rates, convenient store in the hotel, clean rooms, clean pool, and free WiFi.

Close to home rented for out of town guest, the Hotel Employee was very helpful and the price was great

They were great with the hospitality, very polite, and very welcoming. The stay there was above a 10. I would have given the hotel a 37, but you only had the option of 10.

That the beach was across the street. Very disappointed and won't return. Too much money for dirty bathroom floor, dirty microwave, and dirty freezer!

Pics on website weren't anything like our room. It was old and outdated. Bathroom floor was dirty, microwave was sticky and dirty, freezer had frozen stuck food spots in it, beds were uncomfortable. Out of 5 lounge chairs, only 2 could be used. The straps were broken on the chairs where you sit on them.

Location and pool area

Room outdated, bad smell and musty odors, old and damaged furniture, bathroom and dining room table light fixtures 2 bulbs out, kitchen sink and stove filthy and smelly, bedroom window damaged and wrapped with some kind of plastic and tape, view out to the back full of construction material and debris looked like a garbage dump, bathroom tub bottom filthy, sink faucet had no water pressure and no hot water.

Well centered around everything. It was easy to get around and the area was great.

Rooms were a bit outdated, rooms could use a bit of TLC.

The locations was great ! The owners were very responsive. The room was very clean and comfortable

Nice location, very clean for a old inexpensive beach motel.

TV didn't have any channels. Parking was a little tight.

Our room had roaches but the manager call the exterminator right away

This was out 3ed stay this time we got no service at all no towels trash emptied nothing. For the price thats the least that could be done.

It’s near a beach

I am alleging that this place is actually a money laundering spot I’ll provide my reasonable assumption. My main issue is that they have Check in time of only 5 hours out of a 24 hour day. 3-7pm check-in time is crazy especially on the weekends during a government shutdown. As a hotel your priority should be filling rooms no matter the timeframe your costumer gets in. Moreover if you have a restricted check in time then fix that to all your booking websites. That brings me to the next thing. I think it’s run for money laundering cause it’s registration area is in a wanna be small bodega. The place was eerily quiet yet only the windows closest to the shop look like some people would be there. There are way better hotel all up and down the street.
