Few towels in the room a d no bedding for pull out couch. Otherwise room was fairly clean.

Staff was was very nice and the breakfast people were always postive and in a good mood in the mornings

It could be alot cleaner as far as the rooms go and the cost of parking is insane. Pool was lacking pool chairs and filled up so quick, there was no room to sit my family.

Rooms were spacious, clean

not stove in the kitchen, not good view. The breakfast was very limited and boring. The rooftop which should be for the residents since its not a beach front hotel, we had to pay 20.00 per person to watch fireworks from up there.

everything basically. this is not a "3 star" for gosh sakes. it is a 4 star and meant to be a 4 star. we were happy with everything- the staff, the breakfast. how nice it was overall, how clean and well maintained, the 24 hour coffee, just everything.

it was a short walk to the beach, but we knew that when we booked it. ideally we like beach front. this is NOT a complaint at all, just an observation. i'd like to see a universal machine in the gym. that would be easy to do. you save money not beach

No spoons in kitchenette. Hotels says they don't carry them?? Knives, forks yes..no spoons. The carpetsmelled like WET DOG. Reported it, requested a rug shampoo for next guest. Other than than room was great!

Right in the heart of Fishermans wharf. Restaurats and bars grea. Location great. staff at otel weree fantastic.

Hotel was clean. Staff was kind. The pool closes at 10 but they allowed us stay till 11 the kids were having such a great time. We loved the pool table and arcade games. This was an excellent family hotel. Will definitely stay here again.
