Tru by Hilton Pompano Beach Pier

Location is amazing. Roof top sun deck was a favorite. Ocean view from room was very nice.

Location to the beach, pier, shopping, and restaurants. Couldn't have been more convenient.

Terribly small room. No exhaust fan on bathroom. No dresser to put clothes in. Radiator raddled when a/c was turned on.

Staff not very flexible, booked my room in advance for the 5th floor and got the second floor which i was told was city view, which was a parking lot and condo building right in front of me. I was not able to use the roof top because of a private event

Cleanliness - They need to put more effort into. Dirty windows and we are at the Beach. People want to see.

The hotel was in an excellent location ,it was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

I was able to check in early.

My car was stolen from the hotel parking lot and management did absolutely nothing to help the situation. In fact, the manager was rude.

Quick check in - exactly the ocean front room we ask for. Breakfest and near pier, NO carpet rooms.

No microwave in room. Almost no garbage bin in the small room. Ac almost touching near the bed. Strong chemical smell in room. Extra parking fee not on hotel site.

Not very clean, I had to switch rooms at check in. New room only somewhat better.

This hotel was close to everything, we absolutely loved our stay! Staff was friendly and hotel was very clean. Rooms were quiet, clean and a great view. We are looking forward to our next trip there already.

Location was excellent by the beach. Room and hotel was clean. Rooftop bar was very cool.

The location is perfect! All of the staff are amazing, helpful, and so friendly! We will definitely come here again!

The only thing I didn't like was no coffee maker in the room. BUT.. there is 24 hour coffee in the lobby.
