Location

Floor was sticky and sheets were stained. No coffee in room

The Pool looked clean from afar. The furniture and most of the paint seemed to be new. The man at the desk during check in was nice.

No chain lock on the door but the slide was there. Tub faucet was moldy. AC unit was undersized for the room, even at the lowest Temp 62%, the room was hot. Metal light fixtures were all rusted. Floors in the Bedroom were dirty. Bugs. Can't fit the rest.

Staff was actually the best part of my stay besides the pool. They were super friendly I had stayed two weeks prior and they remembered me. Didn¿t take 2 whole weeks to get my deposit back so those are my pros.

Only cons is the pool was extremely cold and no heating was provided to really enjoy it. Also there were burn holes in my sheets although I opted for a smoking room I didn¿t enjoy the holes. Lastly the ac vent was broken and it was freezing me.

The hotel is very conveniently located in Pompano Beach, right on main traffic artery, close to variety of restaurants.

Yes, there are plenty of features that contribute to demerits. The hotel is very dated, dirty, not maintained, not cleaned. The floors are slippery. The beds have no box springs, mattresses are worn out. There are no bathroom sink counter.

The convenience to everything restaurants supermarkets and cafès. The beach was a mile away, which was perfect for me.

The front desk guy could have been a little more accommodating and approachable. Requests seemed to be an inconvenience for him.

Noise policy not implemented bathroom terrible,TV remote hard to use .the shower system old system. The location of the address can't be found with 555 federal road it takes u to another location.

Extremely old. No hair dryer, no Kleenex,, etc. really needs upy

The front desk person was nice and the room was relatively clean

The place is falling apart. The ceiling looked like it was about to cave in. The bed was falling off of the frame. The motel is in a terrible location. It is literally attached to a liquor store. The a/c unit sounded like a big rig was coming in.

Everything. When I first entered the room, I noticed the water on the bathroom floor. I used a tissue to wipe it up and it was BLACK!!! The floor was FILTHY!!! I advised the desk clerk who offered me a refund, which I took. I reported it to the State.

Close to Airport

Room was not worth the money paid. Very old and not up dated. Tv remote held together with duc tape. Holes in the light shade. Door to the room did not seal all around, very loose with a huge gap. Overall not a pleasant experience.

Price

The quality of the hotel just was not there. Kind of a busted hotel with poor quality rooms but it was cheap and I slept good.

Filthy rooms, moldy corners and walls, doors that do not shut, broken windows that were held together with a tape,coffee made once a day in the lobby, smell of pot everywhere. We stayed only one night but can't get our money back for three that we didn'

Staff

It should be classified as - 1 star motel! It is not even a hotel, look like a cheap motel! $--- for the night at this *short stay special needs motel* it's way too much! Motel 6 compared to this place is 5 star hotel!

The price was excellent for the 7 nights

The furniture is outdated, for it to be a non smoking room the blanket had cigarette wholes, the bed was not comfortable at all. Just creepy.

The location is so convenient & the staff were very cordial, helpful & professional. The price was the icing on the cake though. It was a clean, comfortable, safe & inexpensive place to go in the area.

No. It was a perfect place to stay while I was restoring an old condo I just bought & didn't want to breathe in construction dust & paint fumes & I was on a very tight budget.

We cancelled our room when I moved the pillows and roaches scurried out

There was nothing to like about this MOTEL. Certainly should not be called a hotel.

From the initial encounter with the front desk staff, everything was wrong with this place. I don't even know where to start. They have residential washers and dryers just sitting in the walkway. Room was atrocious! Eew! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! Close down!

The room was dirty. The refrigerator did not cool. The paint job was bad. The curtains did not open.

The staff was really nice and the location was excellent. 10 minutes from the beach!!!! The bed mattress was comfortable. would stay there again

the walls were paper thin and someone had a dog that was a service animal that barked often which was heard. it wasn't the cleanest of places but for the price it was excellent.
